Hotel Samrat Residency — Hotel in Delhi

Manager- Didnt talk mannerly on anything just say "Hamare yaha aisa hi hota hai" He is busy in mobile all the time. #Room- ultra small( ₹ 2600 per day) #Service - They didnt change bed sheet for 3 day stay #Bill- they didnt have Billing process with TIN number just write on a piece of paper and ask for money.

The hotel's service was not good. We arrived in an emergency and they treated us with little kindness. Then they told us that on the last day we had to leave the room at 8 a.m. and that day they came to wake us up at 7 a.m. It is not necessary for anyone to come an hour before to insist. Finally I asked them for an invoice that I needed, they did it wrong and after asking them to correct it 4 times, I am still waiting for it.
