Hotel Royal Saffron - Kirti Nagar — Hotel in Delhi

I visited this place for the very first time with family and the picture which has been shown on the Internet about this property are looks quite gold but they are not as prominent as they has been published or advertise on the internet. There are few things I would like to discuss about this place and this is my personal opinion.

This place is located in between the Moti Nagar metro station and Ramesh Nagar metro station so for the connectivity there is no problem for the metro which is directly link with in India international airport and the railway station and the Connaught place which is the centre the Delhi.

This place is located almost on the main road and when we locate for this property it is not easily traisable because on the ground floor there is school in the name of kidzee which has been displayed very blind britely and the hotel name has been put on the top of this property from where we have to look for it.

Staff at the reception is okay not so good. And room which was given to us deluxe room so called does not have windows or proper ventilation even in the bathroom they have use a good product for the bathroom but there is no exhaust when install in the room so room is very suffocated.

One thing I have noticed is that the complementary tea and coffee is not provided in the room and only one bottle of water was provided by the hotel.

No dental kit or the toilet was provided by the hotel and when we asked for it, we were informed that we don't give it as it is not provided by the hotel and I have to purchase those items.

As the reception is on the ground floor and we have to park our vehicle on the main road so wheelchair entrance is easily available and wheelchair parking is not available.

We have stayed two people at this property and in the morning when we ask for breakfast this at only one person per day will be provided breakfast and when I ask them that we have made the payment for two people including breakfast and then they check with the manager and then the mail was provided to us.

Just to sum up my opinion this place is very good for the bachelor people who stay in the night and leave in the morning without the breakfast otherwise this property is not over enough to stay with family or bring young kids..

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The location was good, but my overall experience was disappointing.

The room I got was very noisy—traffic and vehicle sounds could be heard throughout the night. The telephone in the room wasn’t working, so if I needed anything, they gave me a card with the reception’s number to call from my own phone.

The check-in experience was unprofessional. When I asked for guidance to the room, they just told me the way, but no one came with us. The room’s gate was huge and felt more like a regular door than a proper hotel door. The handle was broken and didn’t open properly. Thankfully, a staff member helped, but I noticed the next room had the same problem.

The room itself was clean, and the washroom was clear, but it lacked basic amenities. There was only one towel for two people, two small toiletries including Clinic Plus shampoo, two herbal soaps, and a fixed handwash which seemed to have too much water. It didn’t even have an electric kettle, coffee, tea, or milk powder.

Overall, while the room and washroom were clean, for the cost, it isn’t worth it. Personally, I would think twice before considering this...

Stayed here about 6 nights alone. Location: Convenient. Roughly midway between Kirti Nagar & Modi Nagar metro stations on the Blue line(Kirti Nagar less than 10 mins walk). Near a busy area, but located off the main road in a quiet residential area. There are a few fast food joints around. It's a bit difficult to reach regular restaurants. Most of the nearby ones are party venues. Property: Good. Newly built and outfitted. A nursery school is located in the same building. Service: Fair. I somehow wasn't able to get any room cleaning during the period, even though I asked. Room service was responsive. Reception was polite and helpful. Rooms: Good. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and outfitted as advertised. For me the biggest downside was that the rooms lack a clear glass window.
