BTW — Restaurant in Delhi

I went to the outlet to purchase Dhokla along with other items and found the dhokla completely soaked in water. When i objected this and told the sales man to squeeze the extra water, to this he simply denied and confronted that dhokla is sold like this only. It is understable that some moisture needs to be restored in the Dhokla to maintain its freshness and shelf-life however, a dhokla soaked with 40%-50% is simply ridiculous. The manager, Mr Amit Yadav instead of accepting the degraded quality of the product started arguing that other outlets also sell dhokla with 40-50% water and simply cancelled my order of Dhokla without my consent. We as customers feel cheated with this kind of attitude from soo called big brands who have started providing degraded products. I urge the management to look into the matter otherwise if they keep selling the degraded products then it will definitely call doom for...

I wish I can add a review in minus. I would give minus hundred to this restaurant. I ordered two plates tikki, 2 plates bhalla and 500 grams moong daal halwa from Zomato from BTW, Kirti Nagar. To my surprise, order delivered 20 mins earlier from due ETA. The reason was not asking only absurd but highly disappointing. It was missing more than half of my order or just say it came only with tikkis but no sauces and condiments. They didn’t send bhallas and moongdaal halwa and tikki had not been sent with complete stuff. It’s a prime example when the restaurant becomes brand they don’t care about their customers and reputation. Zomato has offered me refund for bhallas and moong daal halwa. However, I wanted my products not the money. I wasn’t going to feed refund to my guest at the time. Highly disappointed....

Went in with expectations, came out disappointed. BTW or Bittu Tikki Wala is known in Delhi NCR for it’s Tikki and Chaat. Tikki was not as crispy as it would have been, it was cold, far from being crispy. They serve the Tikki with a liberal dose of raw cut onion and cabbage, both are layered vegetables and hygiene conscious people like me could have some reservation about eating raw cut layered vegetables, they must ask customers before garnishing the Tikki so liberally. Ambience is average, location is fantastic. Facilities are not really good, they have a wash basin and a drinking water outlet, I really missed something to dry hands post wash.
