Not sure how this property has such good reviews
Dear property owner take this review as a feedback to improve on
It is without a doubt that the stay is overpriced given the amenities which are provided (Rs.1500 w/o taxes for a single person/room),
There's a serious lack of Basic Responsibility are even more towards Customer Service
While booking thru booking.com it was mentioned that bottled water is included so is breakfast yet upon paying in cash they deny it to save costs - Not a good sign - Dishonesty & Cheating is not at all acceptable
I had requested for early check-in, I am glad I was given 5/5
Breakfast however was not served though it could easily have been & i was fine if i would have not been served the next day - The response which I got was you can order breakfast today. 0/5
Entering the room i had to remind them to provide Towel, Shampoo - 0/5
With a training lined up i had to rush back after check-in to the venue directly - Breakfast skipped
Upon reaching in the evening:
On the call the receptionist has the guts to say that the water which will be provided is filtered water without a seal which is not right,
After again reminding about the inclusions she agreed to send sealed bottle, Right after that i get a call from X person saying that the bottle will be chargeable, After back and forth again calling the receptionist the answer which I got is " Ignore him your bottle is on the way " - Attempt to cheat & Lack of Internal communication & Coordination
The bottle is sent up with a bill! Again I had to explain and i was assured that i will not be charged - Why send a bill in the first place!
Next day called up the receptionist morning at 7:30am for breakfast - mentioned specifically that i did not want Butter to be used in breakfast. Aloo Paratha / Buritos were said as a part of menu
After asking if breakfast could be served by 8am it was agreed as the cook had not came yet. A call back was requested so that breakfast could be done at the earliest as had an training 20kms far where had to reach by 9am.
No call to be received, When checking out at 8:20am after requesting for the breakfast to be parceled it took 5mins.
In the cab when I opened it I was not at all surprised to see the Breakfast option being - Sliced of Toasted Bread with Butter
Where can you improve: 1) Stop cost cutting where you have committed - Bottled water, Breakfast 2) Basic Hygiene - Dustbins were not clean, Bedsheet had stains 3) Customer service
You guys can improve and it won't take you time. All the best. I learnt a lesson to do my research better - Booking.com you lost a customer today.

Room: The room was below average. It was dirty, the bed was unclean, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The ceiling in the bathroom was broken, and basic amenities like toothpaste and soap were missing. There was no hot water, forcing me to skip a bath due to the poor facilities. The toilet was unhygienic as well, which added to the discomfort.
Staff: I checked in late at night, and the front desk staff facilitated a quick registration, which I appreciated. However, the service fell short afterward. Despite having paid for breakfast in advance, it was not provided on time as I had requested. When I contacted the kitchen staff, their response was rude, claiming nothing was available except tea. After escalating the issue to the front desk, I finally received breakfast, but it took a long time. The breakfast consisted of a cold sandwich with just cucumbers and tomatoes, which was unappetizing and poorly prepared.
Other Facilities: The Wi-Fi was non-functional. The staff mentioned an open network, but attempting to connect to it triggered security warnings, making it unsafe to use.

This is honestly the worst hotel experience of my life. Qotel Comfort Golden Saffron Punjabi Bagh is a completely unprofessional and careless place. They fool people with attractive photos online, but in reality, the rooms are nothing like what they show.
Our check-in time was 11:00 AM, yet they made us wait almost 50 minutes saying rooms were not ready. After repeatedly asking, they just gave us an unclean, smelly room. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, stained, and smelled terrible.
The room facilities were a big joke:
No proper AC, no working TV No table, no chair, nowhere to keep your things No towels, no soap provided Not even a dustbin in the room Only one cheap, local-brand water bottle (tasted horrible) – not even standard brands like Bisleri or Kinley
On top of that, the staff had a careless and rude attitude. When I complained, they simply said: "Sir, this is what we have, you can adjust." This is completely irresponsible and unprofessional.
Overall, this hotel is third-class, unhygienic, and totally mismanaged. My money and time both got wasted here. Please don’t get fooled by the fake online pictures – what you get is the exact opposite.
