The Sky Comfort Hotel Parth Inn — Hotel in Devbhumi Dwarka

Recommended only if you pay and book the rooms beforehand. Highly disappointed.

Booked this place for 1 night 29-30th September, through make my trip. The booking process was easy. When we reached the hotel, we got the room after waiting for 30/40 minutes. The Make my trip app wasn't updated so our room wasn't booked. Then we checked-in. The room seemed to be clean but the floor was a little sticky. The bedsheets might have been washed. Not sure. The AC was working after the main switch was on from the reception. The bathroom was clean but the taps and shower were rusty. And the shower was broken so it wasn't working properly. They don't have in-house restaurant. The staff was polite at first. I wanted to extend my stay for the next day. The staff agreed to extend our stay. We asked them and confirmed many times for the same, they promised us the extention. Next day morning we confirmed again, they agreed. They did not take the payment but promised us the stay so we went for the temples and etc. We reached the hotel back at 3.30, tired and exhausted because of the heat, they denied is the stay saying they gave our room to someone else. We were so exhausted we plead them to do something. But they denied. And lied that nobody said we will get the room. We had packed Our stuff and kept in the lobby office, they denied and were very very rude with us. Some other family paid more money so thaley gave our room to them. Highly unprofessional. We had to roam around and find a new place and we were in the bike so it was super hectic. And they had the audacity to tell us that they gave someone else the room in 3k when they had agreed to give us the room in 1300/- they promised us that's why we didn't look for something else. They didn't even inform us before giving our room away. Very unprofessional. Do not fall for the sweet words or polite behaviour. It's all fake. For money only.

Room 2/5 Location 5/5 Cleanliness - 2/5 Staff -...

It was a huge mistake from our end to book this hotel. The booking was made from Goibibo. We expected it a to be a good hotel based on its location but inside its horrible. Rooms are not clean, stained bedsheets, damp and smelly rooms. On persistent request one of our rooms were changed. Then again when we asked the manager to change the bedsheets, pillow cover and blanket cover the manager was furious. his behavior was unpleasant, rude and shameful. Even though the service guys showed him pictures of the stains he denied changing the sheets. He is very well aware of the condition of the rooms and even his associates but they are denying straight on the face. At least they should stop doing all these in " Devbhoomi " . Will never recommend if you want a clean hotel for a stay whether for a longer or short stay.

To add some more they donot keep record of who has come in car and who has not. They will wake you up in the middle of the night banging on your door that your car is parked below even when you didnot come in a car. I think the manager has some issues with record keeping too and the hotel needs to recruit a more responsible person.

If location is the only factor for them to pull customers I believe the owners should do some inspection of the people...

Lack of Basic Amenities The room was poorly equipped, with no hot water available, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the room had an overpowering, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to feel comfortable.

Unpleasant Location The hotel’s location felt unsuitable, especially for families, with limited options for dining or activities in the surrounding area.
