Prasad Restaurant — Restaurant in Devbhumi Dwarka

At Dwarka, around 1.00 pm today we got into this restaurant. We asked for 6 plain rotis specifically and the order staff reconfirmed it. But what came was 6 rotis drenched in butter. When we complained the bearer insisted that the plain rotis are under the butter rotis which was not true at all, while not even addressing our concern about the health aspect as well as the difference in price. While three of us were willing to adjust, I could not eat butter roti at all and I asked for replacement of two rotis. When the bill came they had charged us for all the butter rotis plus the two plain rotis we asked for as replacement. When this was pointed out the staff behaviour was lacking in politeness. They asked us what was out demand. Finally they reduced the price of one butter roti. If people in food business do not care about the health and budget of the customers they should be elsewhere doing something else. Period. Also the food portions of paneer kadhai and veg tufan are disproportionate in relation to the cost. It is a conveniently located place, but the management is taking the customer flow for granted in every sense by keeping just one person to take orders and staff with no training at all. Ambiance is good but cozzy. They have many verities in the menu but limited dishes are available.

I ordered for a Chinese sizzler but it was not appear as sizzler. It came with out any sizzling or smoke. Never expected.

The food quality just ok, I can say not good not bad.

They are using synthetic food colour and MSG to prepare food which is is not good for health. Glass water bottles also not cleaned...
