This hotel is the worst I have come a cross till date. We had booked the hotel from the website and the pictures did not match the reality at all. The hotel staff did not even clean the room before arrival, what we saw at arrival was absolute horror. Dirtiest sheets, unfolded comforter, messy pillows, extremely foul smell, and the bathroom was the worst thing of all, super dirty dirty, unclean, worst smell of all. The hotel staff was also very unsupportive and rude. After we complained about it, we went and booked another hotel the same day, and the hotel staff gave the keys to our room to another customer and we had already prepaid so they were charging two customers for the same room. Most of all the hotel was an OYO property and it was nowhere mentioned at all on the website while booking, when we asked for check out- they denied our check out while keeping another customer in the room they claimed we had checked in. And they even said, since you checked in we will not refund and did not let us check out. The worst experience ever. Worst hotel I have ever stayed. We booked it for a night. We reached and at the check-in only they told us the Air conditioner won’t be working for any room. When asked why they just gave stupid statement that in any room they are not working. When we asked to compensate for that they said you booked online discuss with them not us. We also asked them to add an extra bed in our room first they said yes but did not come for 2 hours then again we had the ask them then they gave a mattress. Even the lights were cut off for one hour for the hotel only rest the building had lights only hotels light were cut off. The hot water is also not working we had a 2 year child with us who had to bath in cold water. Washroom are also dirty not clean at all. All the washroom have big holes on top ceiling very risky thing who knows what they use that holes for not...

Good budget friendly option in Dewas. The room service is good and we had a good person named Sachin Rajput who was always there for helping out on prompt room service. The major drawback is that if your travel is for a day you cant opt for this hotel without getting to pay high rates. Example: if your train comes early by 8am and you want and early check in and plan to check out by 8pm in evening , then the hotel management will charge you 1.5 times of the room tarrif ( .5 of regular room rate for early check in till 12pm and regular room rate for the remaining 8 hrs). Very uncooperative and adamant staff and I think the hotel makes most of the money by this exorbitant changes. Also there is no Lift so be prepared to climb 2 floors of steep stairs.
