Today i bought some sweets from the place, the salesman asked for the bill in a very unclear voice and because of that i transferred 70 rs more by mistake, after realising that i had made an excess payment, i asked for refund, the saleman and cashier first very sarcastically started making fun of me, as if i was using the online payment first time, felt embarrassed because they involved the other standing customers also in discussion to make fun. Then they kept on insisting to buy something more to settle the excess payment unnecessary, after long discussion i said to keep the amount deposited so that i could adjust the same in later bill, they again insisted to buy, but since i did not needed anything, i started to walk away and said u can keep the excess, then they refunded the excess amount. After me leaving the place, they made full fun of me without knowing that one of my friends was present there.

I can appreciate the need to clean a food service operation, but if it must be done prior to closing, then they need only post a sign informing customers that no coffee will be served after a...
