HOTEL KUSHALA GREENS — Hotel in Dombivali

I would like to share my experience of getting married at this place. I booked this place for 2 days in december. We had multiple meetings with the manager Arjun. We gave him all the details about the muhrat timings and the importance of doing rituals on time. Even after multiple reminders, the wedding preparation that was suppose to start at 6.00 Am in the morning, started after 7.30 since the manager Arjun and the entire kushala team did not bother to open the main wedding hall and get it ready by 6.00 Am. Only after multiple calls and disappointments, they somehow cared to open the venue. Due to this delay, we had to cancel an entire function of reception due to time constraints. Secondly, he promised to repair the wallpapers of the venue that were torned which Arjun conveniently ignored and we had to stand and make changes with the management during wedding. Good part is the decor team, they had delivered beautiful decor as they promised but again after lot of unprofessionalism.

The rooms are again a good part of this place, spacious and can accomodate good amount of people.

The entire kushala team and especially the manager Arjun is very unprofessional, I had an unpleasant experience of getting married at this venue.

One of the Rubbish Hotel Service. Very Rude and Unprofessional Staff. Food Rates are too much expensive. Even they charged 42₹ for simple water bottle of 1ltr (Whose price is just 20₹). Unhygienic Washroom. Door-mat not available outside of washroom or Room. Our check-out was at 11am, but they were forcefully telling us to come to breakfast before 10am Otherwise they will not give breakfast(which was already Paid in OYO app as a complimentary). For that we had to get out of the Room quickly. Hygienic Campus of Hotel but rooms are unhygienic. Food Taste is just OK. They provide us Only 1 toiletry kit for 2 Persons. We had dinner of Puri Bhaji for which they charged more then 300₹ with extra GST. Even simple Drinking water not available inside room. This hotel is like 'Big Name with Small...

The Bad experience starts rigt from check-in.. If you book via OYO you will get to listen their sad story of how OYO is not paying the hotel their money... If you check-in using OYO they give you a different room which the smallest in the whole hotel, no complimentary water bottle, no floor mat and just two thin pillows and if you dare ask them for extra pillow you will see their frustration on OYO being blasted on you... Staff is good.. Owner is good... But the senior citizer manager has all the OYO frustration..

Then i checked-in directly one day by paying on counter and they treated me the best... I didnot even had to ask fir extra pillows, water bottle, floor mat and was given the best room in the hotel... So dnt checkin via OYO atleast in this hotel they will shoe you their...
