Hotel Amantran — Hotel in Dombivali

The entry to the hotel is not good as it is behind the building and through a unclean narrow passage The Check in was quick and without any hassle The room was basic with many electrical fixtures open The bed looked clean but the sheets of the pillows and bed appeared soiled The AC was working well and silent The bathroom was clean however there was a open window that allows the dust to settle in the bathroom and makes it look unclean so I suggest they close the big window there

Vishal the person at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. His assistant Naresh was good and obliged when I asked for a tissue paper roll I ordered steamed rice and dal which was given in a silver foil container wrapped in a brown bag and was absolutely hot ( with a melamine plate and bowl) All in all a good stay for a night if someone has some desperate urgent work in this area Surprised to see that there is no decent hotel in such a heavily populated area. I suppose people would travel half and hour and stay in a better place. However the staff are good and for this tariff I would not expect anything more than...

Had to wait for almost 2 hrs to complete only the check in process and get the room as a couple had occupied the room, I was told it would vacate in 30 mins but took almost 2 hrs. Also too many cockroaches in the room, couldn't open the sliding for fresh air as there were no mosquito nets on any of the windows. "Beautiful stay! Hotel Amantran is a perfect place to stay in The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.
