Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel

My stay at Hotel Sonali Garden was a complete disappointment. The food was absolutely terrible—poorly cooked and lacking any flavor. To make matters worse, they charged exorbitant prices for basic necessities like water bottles, which were priced above the MRP. This is completely unethical and unacceptable.

The staff were unprofessional and rude, showing no sense of customer service. They seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns or providing assistance.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone....
