The worst experience today on 15 March 2025. .precisely mentioning the date so that owner or manager of the hotel whoever the person was is able to relate it. Today it was almost 15-16th time I visited here with my husband to spend some quality time. We first sat in outside area to enjoy food and drink suddenly a cat comes near my chair almost on my feet . My husband pointed it out but given that I suffer a medical issue called Ailurophobia ( fear of cats) my reaction was quite loud and I was in petrified . However given they have a family area also we decided to go and seat indoors. It was not even 5 mins and I was getting normalised a lady along with huge German shepherd walks between the table where in small kids are playing and enjoying as I had still not regained completely my reflex action was my drink glass was almost in air and i was fuming and shaking. I called manager and mentioned to him what kind of ambience is this he though said sorry did not ever mention to avoid the situation and ask the guest to seat in pet friendly zone. Worst thing they don’t have separate places for pets the dog was seating on the chair. I fail to understand what kind of management is this and dog owner there is not having basic civic sense of not carrying that huge animal where there is a crowd sitting and later making fun of the person who got scared, worst thing they were mimicking my reactions. Worst place to visit and worst rowdy people...
Read moreI used to visit with friends since more than past 20 years when it was actually a real Dhaba. Voila, now a resto bar. Today was the first time I visited with family. The live music and singing is too loud and not so great for me. So I decided to sit inside the closed Air-conditioned section for a peaceful nice dining time with my family. The kitchen is right adjacent. Someone in the kitchen was constantly shouting (without a microphone and speake)r at such loud volume that it was almost equal to the volume of loud music outside. Multiple requests for getting quiet went waste as they would apologise very profusely but the noise continued. Waited for my family to finish the things we had ordered and left without having dinner myself as that was how horrible the atmosphere was. Now looking back at the bill (pricing) while the taste is good, compared to the high price for such an atmosphere, I find it very expensive! We were provided complimentary ice-cream and I returned it since I had lost all hopes of a nice quiet time with family and was fed up with the noise. I insisted on speaking with the owner (as they don't have a manager is what I was told), and finally someone claiming to be the owner did arrive (after I insisted that the owner either comes to the table and listens to my feedback or I walk without paying the bill). He started by giving excuses and that was the end of it. I will never set foot in this...
Read moreTo start off with the place has amazing food options. There was ample car parking. Ambience was awesome with live music. We ordered mocktails and cocktails as there were offers on it 1+1 for 299 and 399 on select drinks. The starters had many options with Indian and continental options. We ordered the chana garlic and chicken hot basil. For main course we ordered chicken rara and chicken maratha the quantity was sufficient for 5 people even though we ordered half of the chicken maratha. We ordered butter roti, rice roti and cheese garlic naan. All of it was amazing. The place is lively and as it was a Saturday night it was crowded but everyone had a place to sit as the service was fast. To top it all they gave complimentary ice cream to all of us. The pricing is also not to expensive. They are also making a rooftop restaurant. They have options for garden seating and covered seating as well. Will surely be...
