I will not give even a single star to this hotel. DO NOT STAY here. Pathetic hotel with third class service. Rooms were dirty with moist blankets looked like they never cleaned it after inauguration. Bathroom was so horrible it felt like will get infection if we use it and commode was broken. Though they had generators they did not turned it on when electricity went off. Even after informing them that we need it to charge our phone. staff is very rude they say no to each and everything. Our trip was scheduled for morning 9am even after informing them they did not kept the breakfast ready almost 50 people were waiting for tea as everyone had to leave for the trip. You will not get anything to eat too the place which they have assigned as dinning room is clostrophobic and dirty. Food quality is poor. One of the worst hotel in Lachung. No room services, no heater, no generator backup, no hot water facility for drinking and or washrooms as electricity supply in lachung is occational due to bad weather, pathetic food rather no options for food in breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dirty linens and warmers. Very dirty rooms. The owner is one of the worst person to talk to, he doesn't accept any request neither he is interested in resolving serious problems. We had booked our sikkim tour through tour and halt travel Agency of sikkim. It was an end to end arrangement consisting from transportation, stay and food. As a part of arrangement, we stayed in hotel lachung regency at lachung. The hotel has rooms in front and back. We were allocated rooms in the back side which were not so good, although recently constructed, the bedding was not good and there was dampness.
