Our experience with padma house was worst. We booked our room with tour manager. We booked premium room with view. On arrival he told all rooms r booked n told for u we have best room n to my surprise it was room facing parking of hotel n on ground floor with car parking view. We told him to talk to tour manager he took long to have a word till then we had to sit out in chilled weather. Later he didn't gave us a good room n we have to shift back to fortuna saffire I would suggest Fortuna saffire is best hotel in lachung with amazing view Much much better than padma house. Location is pretty good and there are good views from room. However the room that I was in, is very small. And the wardrobe and toilet comode was in bad condition.
