We have the worst experience in this hotel. Uppon areival rooms were not ready and they made us wait 2 hours without check in. Even thought mentioned free wifi is not available at the hotel. Bath rooms are disgusting, very dirty not clean for decades. Very smelly. Beds were very uncomfortable , torned bed sheets and stains, blood and vomits on the sheets. Very smelly sheets on bed. No customer service, staffs were very rude and not helpful. No lift and had to take all the luggage to 2nd floor by our self.
