Hotel Kohinoor Palace — Hotel in Ghaziabad

First of all I would like to mention engagement and wedding are once in a lifetime events and what makes it even more important is it was mine and we decided on going for Kohinoor banquets for engagement as it was at a computable distance and as per few people i know the food was the USP

Iv come to understand that people have different sides and those side are shown according to the situations In our case the manger was very polite and courteous before the booking And after the booking he changed Cold vibes non compliance and simple requests went unheard

We did not say much neither retaliated ! Hoped everything will probably go as planned on the main day

Main day DJ was a big flop show His system was useless and did not even work properly I tried singing a song but with mike not working between the song base and treble not being set properly and the volume going up and down there was nothing we could really do about it

And oh yes! The food was below average and can't be judged in any other way

There were only 3 -4 ppl to service the whole floor no one would believe howany stood there at the last to get tip No snack cart going around

No temperature control either die of heat stroke or freeze to death

All in all Kohinoor was nothing but a huge disappointment Chef did not do his job properly the service staff just wasn't there DJ just couldn't play the system AC too did not cool evenly

So i don't know whose bad luck it was mine or the Kohinoor's but things just did not work...

THIEF STAFF-Safety and security is a big problem, hotel staff stole expensive perfume during my absence from the room alloted to me. Hotel staff and management were least bothered, I asked to check the cctv footage but they ignored the request simply by saying we don’t know how to access it. Again today followed up with the manager but I don’t see the corporation. Be careful if you are booking a room as you might end up loosing your expensive jewellery as this venue is used for...

If I were to review it then, according to me it was a very mediocre hotel. They charge you for Rs 2500 bucks per night. However, the management is not so good and maintenance is not being done properly. It is a bit overpriced also, adding to this if you want to order something from the hotel itself, they charge you hefty sum for it. I won't advice you to order anything within the hotel, instead I will suggest to go in some outlet and contend yourself. Lastly, it is not at all...
