I have been a regular customer @ShriShyamDairy, Vasundhara, Sector-15, Ghaziabad since 2018. The food is ok but I am really not impressed by their service. Recently I went there and bought 1/2 kg besan laddoo. Before buying I asked them the numbers of laddoo that will be there in a package of 1/2 kg. They informed me "it will be around 11-12". I needed exactly 12 pieces to distribute. But when the package was finally made, it had 11 pieces. I "requested" them to add 1 piece more as I wanted to have 12 pieces. But immediately they told me to go to the counter and pay for the extra 1 piece which I wanted.
When I asked them the reason for that (since the question was of a single piece of laddoo and I had been a customer for 6 years), they told me that we have to give account of each and every inventory.
Although I understand that they are doing business for profit, but one also need to keep in mind the customer-relation one needs to keep for future sales. Plus, I am 100% sure that not every piece in the inventory is sold. There must be something which would remain unsold at the end of the day.
Now, let me tell what they have lost for a single piece of inventory worth "Rs. 34":
I will never go to the place again to buy anything (since they didn't consider a request of a regular customer and that too a kind of request which they would hardly get). So they have lost all the profit they would have earned from my future purchases.
I will never go there to dine again. They have lost all the revenue which they might have earned from my future dining at their place.
And finally, the most important, I will never publicize them. So if anyone asks me to tell a good place for sweets and dining, I will never advise them to go to Shree Shyam Dairy.
So, all in all, for an inventory worth Rs. 34(as per their staff), I think they lost a bit...

Read moreINCONSISTENT Quality of food and its delivery.....I had ordered a dal tadka and butter roties on saturday evening.....This was how it was delivered.....I blamed the zomato delivery person but it wasnt his mistake as he had carried it in the way it was given to him from the restaurant.....He himself noticed that the bag was slightly wet but the restaurant person who handed over the bag didnt respond back and left unsaid.....the zomato person delivered our order it was very annoying to see the packing .....the quality of daal was hopeless.....it was all splashed out in the bag as seen in the images above and the daal was horrible in taste and watery too...the daal box was partially covered using two different foils ....it wasnt like other times........The manager should refund our amount as it is not the first time that this has happened.....agr aise hi chalta rha to bhut jld rating reviews sb girne vaale h......I request the manager to plz be slightly strict and to look into these matters ....as this behavior will not be accepted by the customers ......all the customers are paying for the food and they turn back because they trust the quality and consistency.....I request the staff not to take their customers...
