Hotel Sunrise Inn — Hotel in Ghaziabad

Very bad rooms, I felt like suffocated. There is no window. First of all I pre paid and booked via Oyo. But when I arrived at midnight, I was denied a check in, because it was prepaid. When I asked should I contact the Oyo guys, the management said , they won't be giving me any room after that. I was forced to cancel the booking with zero refund from Oyo. Also they charged me more than the Oyo price. very hot and stinky mattress. You know how it feels to sleep on a mattress with polythene. Really very disgusting experience. The Oyo support is very poor, I hated it. In all my life I have never been humiliated like this. At 1.30 midnight when this happens to you, In such a distant locality, you know how it feels. The photos shown in Oyo just are exaggerated. Very poor experience. I would love to give negative stars but there is no option. One more thing it's outside Delhi, so if you book cabs you have to give the toll fee, which makes it very costly. Decide for yourself. Seriously, but i...

Nice hotel for stay, location is very important for professional and solo trailers and religious person because of quietness. I'd u want go Delhi 1 kilometer by foot is 20 minutes. And Noida is 300 meter and located in gajiabaad and very suitable for transportation and isbt Anand bihar is 2 km and Vijay Nagar railway station is 3 km.
