Hotel O Arora shoppers park — Hotel in Ghaziabad

Have to give 1 star because there is not an option of zero... Disgusting and smelly rooms bed sheets was not clean at all they don't follow any standard rules of covid.. i booked 2 rooms and paid the full ammount online but when i reached there i have to wait more then 1 hour to get my rooms ready and still those rooms had a bad smell like some rat was there for a chill out and suddenly passed away and his body odor was there for a month... when i raised for a refund from oyo and asked them to change my hotel then i get know the hotel staff already check out my booking id because they don't want to refund the ammount same thing happend with two other customers ....the staff is totaly dumb and arrogant lots of heated argument was happened but they don't refund anything.. one of the worst experience of my life ... and i suggest to all that never pay the full ammout and i wish no one visit this hotel for the worst...

For starters , this hotel has a good reception ( it's small ) The staff are very lax The rooms are unkept But the tea is good They do charge a service charge on already taxes bottled drinking water . They say NO OUTSIDE FOOD ,but all over Delhi NCR , YOU CAN ORDER IN PIZZA OR BURGERS ( basically anything that's not on their menu )

Here's a big breach in privacy :

ALL DOORS HAVE A FINGER SIZED HOLE NEAR THE LATCH HANDLE . THE STAFF USES A LONG IRON ROD TO OPEN THE LATCH FROM OUTSIDE ( NO NEED TO USE THE KEY ) This method redefines KEY-LESS ENTRY.

Over all review, it's of to book for a few hours ( if you are passing by 😉) but not...

Room was good but service was third class . Check in experience was shabby , RECEPTIONIST was so so so rude , she don't know how to behave with customer ,even she told us to came back in 30 min when went to check in very rudely , like we visited a govt. bank . First, They ordered noodles on their own for us and charged for that ,secondly it was so spicy . Total wastage of each penny we have...
