I recently had the pleasure of staying at the CASA FERIAS, Varca , a charming family-owned establishment that truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay with my old parents .

Accommodations: The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a mix of typical goan decor and modern amenities. The bed was surprisingly plush, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days. I particularly appreciated the little touches, personalized welcome from the owners.

Service: The sweet lady Owner , who manage the place, were incredibly attentive and eager to share local tips. They provided recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options, which really enhanced my experience. Their passion for hospitality was evident, and it felt wonderful to support a local business run by such caring individuals. Specially with supporting with medical assistance by having a doctor on call due to my dad’s illness

Amenities: While the Place may not have all the bells and whistles of larger chains, it offered everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring homemade local delicacy and coffee. The outdoor seating area was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings, surrounded by lush gardens.

Location: Situated just a short drive from downtown, the CASA FERIAS, Varca offers a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.

This was our first time in Casa Ferias, and I would say "it was a great experience". South Goa is tranquil place and the locality where Casa Ferias is proved right. Very calm, peaceful neighbourhood. The house is big enough for a family to live comfortably. The property was very clean, hygienic and breathable. You can park your vehicle in the front porch and there is a small garden to roam/walk. The best thing I liked about (the entire place is good though) is the kitchen and bathroom. Owners have kept everything in the kitchen for the guests' comfortable stay. Fridge, Microwave, spices, utensils, etc (and garbage bins for different set of trash, which was great to see). The bathroom is quite big (never seen this big even in luxury hotels). The owner even offered to help us with laundry (thanks a lot Suen for that), although we did it ourselves but her willingness to offer help...
