I was disappointed with the service and hygiene. I visited the place on 1/03/2022 where in I had ordered triple Schezwan fried rice and found egg shells in it and when we told the stuff they took it casually. The order itself took almost an hour to come on our table I had to ask them at least for 3 times regarding the order, we just ordered 3 dishes. The worse thing was we even found aginamoto Or I don't know what like a crystal almost 5mm in size in the dishes. When we asked for cigarettes wherein they sell the whole pack and we were told not to smoke inside the restaurant so we went out to smoke. It has been my go-to place since forever. I particularly love their cream of chicken soup. But, the last time I was here they offered frozen french fries instead of fresh ones, and they tasted so bland. Also, when I visited a few days back, I realized that they have decreased their serving portions although the food quality is good.
