Visited here 30th Dec to 2nd Jan. It was an excellent place and I enjoyed the peaceful and secluded property. The place is very secluded and there is no crowd, the beach is private and you can enjoy a peaceful meal at the restaurant right on the edge of the beach. The staff is very courteous and provided great service, they were very pleasant and quick.
Few things to keep in mind about this place: As its South Goa and there are government restrictions on beach side properties, they have to set up temporary structures and hence the tents. Tents have their own issues so there will be some insects getting in and not ideal room conditions if you're used to those. Reaching the property is tricky as there is an 300 meter drive down a muddy and steep road, so make sure you have a good bike/car that can reach. From the parking it is a 100-150 meter walk to the room, so be prepared to travel light and a bit of walking The beach is rocky so if you're looking to swim or play in the water, then fair warning. Else, it's a great private beach.

Read moreThis is a perfect place for some one who want to have a break from hectic schedules, away from mobile coverage and to have a peaceful stay. Location is great with private beach with very very peaceful location. Reaching the location may be challenging but you don't get a secluded sea side resort in the middle of the city!! They will arrange taxi pickup and drop off also if required. The resort staff is excellent with a can do attitude. They cook very good quality food freshly prepared. They have vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Drinks are available on request. The tents are made with foreign tourists in mind. They have mosquito nets and believe me they are very good. The beach view from your tents are cool and you should experience the same. The tents are surrounded by coconut trees and it is very pleasing. Over all the place is worth the stay with out...
Read moreThis place is fabulous. The staff are polite and efficient and really friendly, and Vikson the manager is really great. The bungalows are well positioned, clean and there's hot water in the showers! Although the beach has rocks in the sea which to westerners with our soft feet isn't brilliant, high tide swimming was an absolute joy, heaven in fact. Warm sea with a warm breeze, the beach is lined with coconut trees and the sunset is beautiful. Being secluded with no bars or restaurants on the beach meant there was no one looking to sell items, so total peace and very few beachgoers. It was such a wonderful place to stay and renting a scooter for 6 days, it meant we could escape paradise to visit the excellent restaurants around Agonda within 20 mins. Perfect. Stayed 7 days and really didn't...
