Collection O 30010 Calangute — Hotel in Goa

Sorry For Lengthy Review But Please Read It To Save Your Holiday And Money||We travelled Goa on 15th May 2019 and had booked 3-Rooms At This OYO Property For 5 Nights.||First About The location It's in Parra Village outside of North Goa Though if you have your own vehicle there is no issue as Famous Calangute and Baga Beaches are approx 4-5 kms that is 15 mins drive from hotel.||I had late Arrival at around 9.pm so I had called the property and had reconfirmed with hotel regarding my late arrival one day prior I had updated on oyo as well.||As soon as I entered property it looked fabulous from outside and lobby too was equally maintained. Check in procedure Started Smoothly .The Lady at Reception Desk i requested Her to kindly allow my family members to go towards the alloted rooms as I was busy filling check in formalities.||The staff was totally blank as to which rooms should they Provide to us as rooms were not ready. After shuffling keys for 30 mins some how they manage to find rooms for us. Totally irresponsible as I had already informed hotel in advance to keep my rooms ready but was not done. ||As soon as my family members entered the Rooms They were welcomed with untidy beds as beds were not made after last guest check out dusty rooms dirty toilet wc and very dirty smelly filthy rooms dirty linen in all 3-rooms.||Reception desk Avinash initially said he had personally checked rooms before alloting to us and they were all ready but after argument with him he accepted that rooms were not done and started apologizing us. ||After 2-hrs of argument finally some how avinash sorted things out and rooms were made cleaned and alloted to us. Rooms alloted 109/114/211 2-Rooms on first floor and 1-room on second floor.All were pool facing.||Ac of all three rooms did not performed on 1st night. Second day morning after again arguing at reception regarding AC rooms 114 and 211 AC were done but 109 room till our check out date didn't work. ||Now comes Breakfast only 2-items per day 1-north Indian and 1-south Indian, bread jam butter toaster was there tea coffee to end your breakfast surprisingly no fruits and juices. Taste was not good. ||Key-cards provided for rooms did not operate properly and every time when we come to our rooms we had to call staff to open doors which would take 30-mins.||When I said it at reception person name Lalit regarding Door Locking system He said me that the more you shout the more rooms will be opened late to which I had to argue to answer him.||My 5-Nights were total wasted at This Hotel. Food at restaurant don't try. Tastes bad and costly. ||Pool at hotel was clean. Room lobbys always dirty. Lift was working but always full of water as guests who use pool go directly to rooms through lift with their dripping wet clothes which used to be watery. You have to call cleaning staff to dry lift after which it was useable. |Why not property provide bathrobes and changing rooms near pool and they should make compulsory that guests using pool should not enter lift wet. ||Room cleaning means just removing blanket from bed and again placing the same. When asked to place fresh washed linen they say laundry not come. ||In name of toiletries only hand wash bottle and body wash bottle. Water supply was good. Hot cold water good power back up was there. Complimentary bisleri 500ml bottle each per day was given. ||Overall I had not so good experience at This Hotel. Avinash is sorted guy.He deeply apologized me on my check out day. ||I could only say management should Take Proper Responsibility To Keep good volume of professional staff and look into hygiene and cleanliness which is must for such a good property. ||Never would recommend this hotel until they don't improve in these...

Badly Maintained Property .Very Abusive And Rude Staff. No Cleaning And Hygiene Maintained At The Property .Worst Breakfast at Restaurant.. Ala cart food too bad in taste. Not worth. Rooms are pretty good but due to poorly maintained they always stink. Bathrooms to dirty not Clean. No exhaust fan in bathroom makes it suffocating. Management should Seriously please look into this matter. Should Appoint well professional staff and house keeping. Pool is clean and good to use. Location is equally good ..But property is badly in need of good management. My Trip to Goa stayed 5-days at this hotel was totally wasted. Would never recommend to anyone.. Please don't get fool by pictures.. They were clicked when hotel was newly open. Except from exteriors of hotel and lobby which are fairly maintained Rest all looks have totally changed in terms of Rooms and Bathrooms. Dirty bed linen. Dirty towel.. No Mannerism of any staff.. Un-co-operative And Unprofessional......

Okay, so I stayed there for 5 nights In The month of June 2019 on a family vacation. Things were quite messed with the folks there, I don’t know if it was because of the rainy season or something else.

1. Swimming pool was horrible, pool surroundings were below hygienic conditions. Empty beer cans, bottles, chips packets were lying all Over the place.
2. Room service didn’t know anything about the word “Service”, 3 out of 5 nights they didn’t clean the room. When asked they said, you should have informed the reception to clean in advance. I was a totally surprised.
3. Restaurant delivery in room, took fairly long time , more than an hour to deliver a order consisting 2 items.
4. Had to call room service multiple times to clean the washrooms and deliver toothpaste and soap.

Next time..my advise, please avoid...
