KOFUKU Goa — Restaurant in Goa

Craving authentic Japanese food in Goa? Head to Kofuku’s newly opened outlet in Saligao. This outlet offers spacious indoor seating surrounded by beautiful Japanese elements. the staff guided us throughout while trying out the different dishes especially the raw fish. Honestly, everything that we ordered was extremely delicious and made us crave more. what we tried :

1. super crunchy roll-Goodness of Avocado, cucumber sweet shitake mushroom, tonkatsu crisps on the outside with chef special sauce made this one my personal favourite.

2. chicken crispy salad -we enjoyed this flavourful crispy salad with shredded chicken, crispy wonton and rice noodles in a classic Asian dressing.

3)Chicken Yakitori - A must try! A very common Japanese dish - grilled chicken served in savoury sweet sauce.

4. tuna tataki-lightly seared and served rare with a citrus-based soy sauce. it is a light yet flavorful appetizer to start a meal.

5)temaki sake salmon- Cone-shaped sushi, filled with sushi rice, fish and vegetables. Once assembled, temaki should be eaten right away, in two to three bites only, because the seaweed tends to turn soggy very quickly.

6)nigiri sake salmon -nigiri sushi is a traditional Japanese type of nigiri sushi. It consists of hand-pressed sushi rice that's topped with slices of salmon.

7)tekka maki-Tekkamaki is a type of rolled sushi made by rolling raw tuna in seasoned rice and nori seaweed sheet- very high on flavours.

8)yakisoba chicken noodles- sweet, savoury, and tangy stir-fried noodles loaded with veggies and chicken.

9)salmon miso yaki- salmon Marinated in a sweet and savoury miso sauce.

10)green tea ice cream (Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream) - The ideal flavour of this refreshing treat should be a perfect balance of earthy, sweet, and slightly bitter.

Truly a great experience. Enjoyed the food a lot!! so soulfully fulfilling. Each dish had a distinct flavour and was carefully made using the finest of the ingredients in a balanced method. Can’t wait to indulge again in some more...

Kofuku is, without a doubt, my absolute favorite ramen place. The ramen they serve is incredibly flavorful, fresh, and simply delicious. Every bite is a treat for the taste buds. The broth is rich and satisfying, and the overall quality of the food is truly outstanding. But it doesn't stop there - Kofuku has mastered the art of sushi, offers a great selection of wines, and their desserts are simply divine.

What truly stood out to me was the excellent service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure that every aspect of our dining experience was taken care of. Their professionalism and warmth left a lasting impression.

Whenever I find myself in Goa, I will definitely make it a point to revisit Kofuku. I highly recommend checking it out on your next visit to Goa. You won't be disappointed.
