Ocio Inn Bungalow — Hotel in Goa

I had a mixed experience staying at ocio.Firstly the room alloted to us was on the 4th Floor and there's no elevator so it was a tiring experience going up & down . The highlight of this place is it's location.

Secluded with a Serene and beautiful room view. Apartments are very big and spacious.

Perfect off site location in Goa.

Again the issue that I had faced was for hot water in bathroom during morning time which was not resolved by the manager.

The helpers are very good and always ready to help. Prashant as a manager looks lost in my opinion.

The Pool is good but needs cleanliness as it's over hotel's balcony.

Overall a decent stay for the price which we had paid for 2 1BHK apartments.

Nice apartment. Very spacious. Calm and away from all the hustle of Goa, but near enough everything with a scooty.

The manager will help with arranging rental vehicles, taxi etc.

1BHK can easily accommodate 4 adults plus 2-4 kids depending on their age.

Lack of lift is an issue for people on the 3rd and 4th floor. The place does not have a restaurant and hence dining there is dependent on delivery. This however will not be delivered to your room. You have to come down the flight of stairs every time. I was on 4th floor. So this was a pain.

Pool is not available after its dark.

There is a church behind the apartment, but currently closed for tourists.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We are having a stay of 3 nights and 4 days. The services are very poor. Especially staff behavior is very bad. If you ask anything their reply is 'Nahi ho payega' which means 'Not possible. There was actually no electricity in the midnight and we had to sleep almost for 3 hours without the generator being switched on. You will always get to hear a repetitive statement from the staff 'Baki customer ke complaints nahi hai' means 'No complaints from other customer'. They don't value their customers concern.
