Very nice place !! Small & cosy. Good food, especially the Chinese dishes (Crispy Chicken & Pepper Chicken in starters are a must try..atleast I like it😉). Also fresh selection of seafood with catch of the day. Slightly limited kind of menu, but that's fine... Shashank (the owner) is always friendly and welcoming when he is around. Has gone out of his way on a couple of occasions, to make our visit more memorable! Have been to this restaurant many a times and never been disappointed with the food. Sometimes the service can be a little lack luster, but that's negligible. Well worth visiting !

Come here to have your lunch with some chilled beers or cocktails. Loved the food and service over here. Prawn fry plate was so delicious. There were not much options because of fish availability. We got started with prawns and bangda fry with kingfish thali and chicken xachuti thali. Food and drinks prices are reasonable with good quantity. Thali has several side dishes which make it worth trying. One should definitely try the food here, it is sure worth your money.

[ River Lounge, Restaurant with Bar ] is an insult to the culinary world. Overhyped, overpriced, and outrageously bad. The food is an affront to taste buds, with dishes that are:

Underseasoned Overcooked Unpresentable

And don't even get me started on the "service":

Slow Clueless Rude

You'll find better food, better service, and better value from a street vendor. This dump is an embarrassment to the culinary scene.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR TASTE BUDS. Eat elsewhere.

My experience at [River Lounge, Restaurant with Bar ] was an unmitigated disaster. The food was an insult to culinary arts - overpriced, underseasoned, and presented with all the finesse of a kindergarten craft project.

Service? What service? Our server seemed to be suffering from acute apathy, taking an eternity to take orders and forgetting one of them altogether.

Ambiance? Think dingy, dated decor and a lingering aroma of stale grease.

The manager's response to our complaints? Crickets.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. This restaurant's sole purpose seems to be separating unsuspecting patrons from their hard-earned cash.

Disappointing Experience, Avoid This Restaurant!*

I recently visited River lounge and was thoroughly disappointed with the service and food quality. The dishes we ordered were unappetizing and tasted terrible. The portions were small, and the prices were exorbitant.

The service was equally unimpressive. Our server seemed disinterested, and requests for refills or extra condiments took an eternity to arrive.

Overall, my experience at River lounge was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
