Sea View Resort — Hotel in Goa

Pros.---

Owner is a good & well behaved person. Manager is a good and helping person. Good staff. Just on road. Easily spottable. Easily accessible. Nearly 3 Kms from Goa international airport. Can be reached to the hotel by local transport in between 7am to 8pm. Cabs can be booked on the (Goa Miles) app. In Goa as Ola & Uber does not function there. 247 service of Cabs through (Goa Miles) app. Bike taxi are also available from airport to the hotel & throughout Goa. 247 power backup in the hotel. Attatched toilet bathrooms in the rooms. Both A.C. & non A.C. rooms are available. Non A.C. rooms costs nearly 800/- per night. A.C. rooms costs nearly 1200/- per night. Hot & Cold water facilities are available. 2 wheeler can be borrowed for emergency work on special request.

Cons.---

Hard to reach at night if the one going there don't know much about updated technologies. Rooms smells like dampness sometimes. Rooms are not much spacious. English toilets do not have jets in them. No Bedsheets on the beds. Mosquitoes might come to meet you..😂 No complimentary toiletries are provided. No Television in some rooms. No ventilation available in some rooms. Very less parking space available as like for 2 or 3 cars together & 1 or 2 two wheelers. Very less crowded surrounding...

Don't ever visit this lodge. They promised us a Room , After reaching to this destination they said we will not provide you the room at price we had discussed on call and they are charging high price after reaching this lodge, The staff working here (Named Socorro) is so rude and don't have to manners to talk with the customers. He is saying if we pay more price he will provide us the room or else he said go from here. Totally unsatisfied with the service and all lies

DON'T EVER...

They switch off ac early morning. I stayed here in May'24. Wasnt like what it looked online. Rooms are not properly kept. Old infrastructure. Asked 1900 for ac room. Which actually should be of 800-1000. Paid 1500 finally lol just for few Hours & to my surprise they SWITCHED OFF AC EARLY MORNING. That man is fraud there but Aunty is okay. doesnt deserve to be called as a resort or hotel. Just a normal...
