Caféccino & bar — Restaurant in Goa

Absolutely pathetic. Being a coffee enthusiast and wanting a coffee atleast thrice a day I went and ordered a classic cold coffee, upon asked about any additional flavours to be added I said Hazelnut, paid 370 + 80 ( Pretty expensive ) for hazelnut flavouring, my thought that it might be a natural add on, I was shocked after seeing that it’s a ready made powder. Being a regular at Blue Tokai, Barista and CCD pretty hefty price. I asked them to add less sugar they said that we use a milk, sugar and flavoured sachet to make the coffee so it’s not possible, the coffee tasted pathetic, this is one of the most pathetic coffee I’ve ever drank, this was my 5th trip to Goa and this outlet has been there at Dabolim airport for quite some time, I request the management at Dabolim airport to remove this outlet with immediate effect, even after a poor 1.6 star average review why hasn’t Dabolim airport not taken any...

I was really looking forward to trying this café, but the coffee was a complete letdown. It felt like the staff had very little knowledge about how to actually brew a good cup. The balance of flavors was missing — too bitter in one sip and completely watery in the next. Even the texture and aroma didn’t resemble freshly prepared coffee.

What’s more disappointing is that coffee is supposed to be their highlight, yet it seemed like no real care or understanding went into making it. For the price charged, I expected at least a properly brewed cup, but unfortunately it was nowhere close.

I hope they invest in some proper training for their baristas, because with the right knowledge and effort, this place could actually serve something...

This is regarding the cafeccino outlet at Dabolim airport. One of the worst customer service ever. Gpay doesn't work, card doesn't work, and if u give money, then no change! God knows how on earth this cafe is selling products. The saleswomen in least interested in selling. They don't even posses a knife to cut the huge sandwich into 2 peice. And if u ask for an extra cup for the tea bought, they say it cannot be provided even with extra payment. Yes, you get an extra small cup only if you do another payment for a whole new tea! Pathetic.

@owner: if this is the company policy, no words. Or if this is something that gotta do with the sales person, please look into it and teach them how basic customer...
