Don't come here if you need any access to the internet!! My partner and I both work online and we specifically asked if the rooms had good WiFi. We were told 'yes' and so we booked two nights. Later they told us the rooms do not get WiFi and only the hallway/storage area does (see picture). Even then with only a few things we had to get done on Google docs we STILL could not get the internet to work, even in the hallway. Their solution when we brought it up was either to move us into a smelly cigarette room with even slower internet or refund us half our money. They don't seem to understand that being able to connect to the internet is very different than being able to use it. I was ready to forgive the cold shower (totally solar), high price (the same as staying on the beach), and the ants- but we lost a huge opportunity for us to get work done by staying here.

Worst! Worst! Worst! hotel experience ever!: 1. Owners' son and daughter were incredibly arrogant. 2. Parking is a joke—no security, even though it's supposedly on the premises. 3. Room cleaning? Only if you beg them. 4. Booked for days, got one water bottle as if dehydration is a vacation theme. 5. Executive suites? More like uneven square footage nightmares. 6. Bed bugs had a feast; wish I took pics for evidence. 7. Chlorinated water gave me an allergy—thanks for the rash! 8. Towel went missing, and they made us pay for their misplaced item. 9. ID for kids? Owner's daughter believes even newborns should have Aadhaar IDs. 10. Kettle, but no tea bags or sugar—DIY tea party, anyone? 11. Their dogs attacked my 3-year-old nephew—saved by us thankfully. 12. "Sea view" is a joke; all you'll see from the gallery is houses or a pool. Avoid at all costs!

1. Good quality resort with clean and fresh rooms. 2. Impressive Swimming pool with clean water and at night time there is light in swimming pool so it's more enjoyable at night-time 3. drinking water service at rooms need to be improved because it's important for guests . 4. Food facility not available at this resort, but nearby there is a small hotel (Rama's House), they provide testy fish foods. 5. Overall its a nice resort and the beach is 2-3 min walk-able distance

!!! Under no circumstances should you put money in this hotels pocket !!!

The management is the worst I’ve experienced in my life, even before we had major problems and had to change hotel. The man is rude and the woman is even worse. Very unpleasant people.

We checked in yesterday 26-01-23 and paid 2500 rupees per night for 3 nights in a room that resembled a prison cell. The bed was like lying on the floor, there was no toilet paper or bidet, and the curtains didn’t block any su light out because they were so cheap and thin. There were also cockroaches about the hotel and the Rottweiler dogs they have are aggressive and kept growling at my girlfriend. They were not chained up most of the day.

We woke up at 7am today due to the sunlight blaring through the curtains and promptly left to go find a new hotel. We found one just up the road at the Eve Resort and it’s amazing, the staff are very friendly as expected with a hotel stay and it’s cheaper for a very nice room.

When we checked out we asked for a partial refund, minus the one night that we stayed already to keep fair. The staff immediately turned from unpleasant to angry and defensive. I respectfully told them we simply couldn’t stay there any longer and asked again for my refund. They refused and in-fact demanded more money from me. I’d paid 4000 so I wanted 1500 back but he said I owed the full 7500 which obviously isn’t going to happen. They then started threatening with legal action which is ridiculous and actually quite funny. I knew I was fighting a losing battle so just took the 4000 loss and took my bags to another hotel.

Please do yourself a favour and do NOT spend a penny...

It was an amazing stay.

Being honest, I had not received good reviews about this place but I still booked it to check whether this place is really not good or what it is that people are not liking.

When we reached there it was early morning and a lovely old lady welcomed us with a smile and allowed us inside.

During check-in, you will normally find other resorts don't allow you to check-in early which they did which made us relieved. I must say that was really good. The only change which is required is the way u welcome Guests if guests are standing ask them to sit which was a big turnoff for me. When asked can we sit inside that's when the lady (co owner) helped us and wiped all the chairs outside and asked us to sit which was appreciated to the core by my family. Thank you for that.

Place : Excellent, lovely flowers next to the pool. Did not get a chance to go inside the pool otherwise would have been the first one. Beautiful statue of Mother Mary. Lovely ambience. Following all govt standards.

Rooms: Excellent, amazing, lovely, I don't have more words to express how clean and amazing the rooms were. By far the bestest rooms till date. Trust me no AC is required. It's that cold. The balcony makes it more amazing where we can sit outside and enjoy the rain and the beautiful weather outside.

Room Service : NA as it's covid but the helpers were there always if required.

Cleanliness : The staff I could see were cleaning the entire room so nicely and sanitation was adhered to the maximum. This I really liked it and was amazing. Kudos to the management.

All in all, the stay was beautiful and I am surely going to...

I've always found Goa to be one of the best hospitable places I've ever been and then there comes these experiences that sour the taste for you! This place honestly wasn't bad, the hotel as property is decent. But the people who manage it are the most unhospitable I've met. This person called Edmond ( probably caretaker of the hotel) makes side money by booking cabs/bikes for guests and charging commission from the actual owners of the vehicle (which is fine). However, if you cancel his booking he goes to the extent of threatening you as well saying things like "I will see how you get off this property". I inquired about this person from other cab drivers and locals and got to know he is very unruly and misbehaves with the guests. The reception also, hardly picks up the call and does not care to call back as well. Also, there is constant push from the other caretaker to pay 15% of the amount in cash ( probably to avoid taxes) every night you stay there, although you pay 85% during pre-booking. Also, they won't accept card payments. The people from the boy to the caretakers have a very nonchalant and unwelcoming demeanor to them. There is a frown even if you ask for water bottles for the rooms which you don't even get replenished on its own every morning. They have water heating kettle in the room but no tea/coffee/sugar. If you take away the people and their behaviour I'd rate this place very differently. However, I had made the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews of this place about its caretakers ( already good amount of negative reviews) but I really wanted to add to that so that the next person can take a...
