Jalpa Camps - Unsafe, Overpriced, and Unprofessional

Jalpa Camps in Kasol is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The staff lacks professionalism and refuses to provide proper facilities. We had to risk our safety by carrying heavy luggage through a dangerous path in bad weather just to reach the campsite. The owner’s rude behavior, especially towards females, makes this place unsafe for women.

The charges are outrageous—₹10 for a plastic glass, ₹150 for a 1-liter Coke, and they even charge for tissue paper. There’s no geyser in the bathrooms, and the tents are unsafe with faulty zippers. Everything feels like a formality, with no real effort to ensure guest comfort.
