My recent stay at Madhuvan Suites By Blues Hotel was, unfortunately, far from the pleasant experience I had hoped for. While the establishment boasts a promising name, the reality fell short in several aspects, with slow service overshadowing the redeeming quality of the surprisingly good food.

I had a very bad experience staying at Daksh The Madhuvan Suites in Dwarka. From the moment we checked in, the problems started. The rooms were in terrible condition — no fan, no refrigerator, and overall poor maintenance. Basic facilities that any guest would expect were completely missing.
We were shifted to another room, hoping for better comfort, but the second room was also disappointing. Nothing worked properly — from the lights to the plumbing — and still, no fan or fridge. It was clear that the hotel was not prepared to offer a comfortable stay.
Room service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Whenever we called for help or reported a problem, the response was either delayed or ignored. No one seemed interested in solving the issues. The staff lacked professionalism and didn’t care about guest satisfaction.
We had to remind them multiple times for basic things like water, towels, or cleaning — even then, the service was careless and late. There was no proper management or coordination among the staff.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. It completely ruined the experience of visiting a holy place like Dwarka. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re planning a trip, please look for better, more reliable options.

Read moreThis was the worst hotel experience me and my whole group ever had. To start with the most disturbing part immediately, the hotel manager almost slapped one of our group members.
But let's go part by part. This story will be a bit longer but I promise it is worth reading it: We were traveling with a group of 8 people and booked 4 rooms. When we arrived at around 8 pm, all of our rooms had not been cleaned yet and even the previous luggage were still inside (Check out time is 10 am usually). We complained about it and the staff started cleaning. In the meantime, we wanted to get a snack in the restaurant but the service and quality, especially of the tea (which is the basic) were so bad that we left it after some time. Once the staff was done cleaning, the rooms were still dirty, the floor as well as the bed sheets. We again complained and after some minutes, the hotel manager @Anil Jha showed up and started arguing with one of our group members. Apparently being completely overstrained with the whole situation, he started yelling and tried to attack our group member. Eventually we were able to deescalate the situation and calm down everyone's minds. I've never experienced such a situation in a hotel but it seems as if the hotel staff is just not trained enough for their jobs and the management is absolutely poor. If possible, you should try to avoid this hotel.
