I stayed at this hotel for my exams, since it was nearest to my exam center. I really loved the hotel. The rooms are exceptionally big and they have a separate toilet and bathroom, which is rarely found in any hotel and it helps to avoid morning rush. The size of the room is the biggest highlight of the hotel. The food was tasty, but it is a bit too pricey, the restaurant was always full during dinner time, yet the room service was prompt. Since there were only a few guests at the hotel when I visited, buffet breakfast was not available, so they make whatever we wanted to eat from the limited menu, we wish there was more variety available for breakfast. ||The staff is overall very nice and the reception is quick to respond and very friendly. Before my second paper, my pen stopped working and there was no stationery shop nearby, but the manager was generous enough to lend me his black ball pen for the exam and I am thankful to him for it. He even ordered the security guard to get me a Riskshaw since I was getting late for the exam. ||Overall the experience was very nice, I just hope that they improve on their...

Very poor management. Washrooms are the big disasters. No hygiene and no cleanliness.
I suppose to attend the function on second floor and I asked at ground floor where staff was seating and chilling, but they did not responded how to reach to the floor. Also they did not even guide for the washrooms and avoid to answer.
Food is not so great but with the price rage of 1100 INR per person is disaster! Starting with chaat counter - I asked to make a plate where the chef offered me already pre-plated which was soggy! so I told him to make new one and he told me make by yourself! then why that fellow was standing behind the table?
Welcome drinks - a mocktail counter was serving drinks but the quality of glasses was a big disaster.. they were not properly cleaned and wiped.
Paneer quality was good and other main course was not so bad as well.
Need to improve on Indian breads/ roti/ nan quality.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at Five Petals Hotel & Banquets and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful and well-maintained property. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
The rooms themselves were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and furnishings, which made me feel right at home. The hotel also has great amenities, including a pool, fitness center, and restaurant.
One of the highlights of my stay was attending an event at the hotel's banquet hall. The space was gorgeous, with high ceilings, elegant lighting, and plenty of room for all of the guests. The catering was delicious, and the service was top-notch.
Overall, I highly recommend Five Petals Hotel & Banquets for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. The staff, facilities, and overall experience were truly...
