I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brick Kitchen, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance struck the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy warmth, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions.

We began our meal with the Papad Platters – a crisp and colorful starter that set the tone for what was to come. Each variety was seasoned just right, with an array of dips and chutneys that added bursts of flavor to every bite. It was a great way to whet our appetites.

Next came the Jalapeno Cheese Bombs, which truly lived up to their name. These were golden, crunchy on the outside and oozing with a spicy, cheesy center. The jalapeños added the perfect kick without being overpowering. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves a bit of heat with their appetizers.

For the main course, we ordered the Paneer Rogan Josh paired with Garlic Naan – and it was easily the highlight of the meal. The paneer was soft and well-marinated, absorbing the rich, aromatic Rogan Josh gravy beautifully. The dish had a deep, satisfying flavor profile with a blend of spices that was both robust and balanced. The Garlic Naan was fluffy, perfectly charred, and complemented the curry wonderfully by soaking up every bit of that delicious sauce.

To accompany our meal, we tried their Mojito and Buttermilk. The mojito was refreshingly minty with a good balance of lime and fizz – perfect to cool down between bites. The buttermilk, on the other hand, was subtly spiced and incredibly soothing, offering a nice traditional touch to the modern meal.

Overall, Brick Kitchen offers a delightful mix of innovative starters and traditional Indian flavors with a refined twist. The service was attentive and courteous, and the staff ensured we were comfortable throughout. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into both their food and presentation.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy flavorful Indian cuisine in a stylish setting. We’ll definitely be returning to try more...

We decided to visit this restaurant based on positive Google reviews, but our experience left us feeling that those reviews were fake. The only thing we appreciated was the ambience of the place. However, we were highly disappointed with the food and service, and we cannot recommend it to friends or family. There was no one at the reception desk to welcome or guide guests regarding table availability. We waited for 15-20 minutes and had to approach a staff member who casually responded, 'You'll get a table when it's available.' Even after being seated, it took them 10 minutes and multiple reminders to provide us with water. We were not given table napkins or tissue paper. There were no onions or salads served. When our food arrived, the waiter simply placed it on the table and left, leaving us to serve ourselves. The jeera rice was completely cold. We didn't find anything exceptional about the food considering the prices. The taste was average, similar to what you would experience at a local roadside dhaba. We were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, but they didn't bother to provide a cake stand or plates. When I complained to the person taking our order, he ignored me and asked if I was ready for the bill. To our surprise, my 8-year-old niece had to personally go to another empty table to find a napkin to clean her hands. After finishing our meal, they didn't offer mouth fresheners, and the wet tissues they provided...

One of the wrost service i ever faced. It's well known restaurant however service is not upto the mark. I visited with my family and having bad experience today. Firstly we ask to take the order. They came after 10 mins even after we remind them for 3-4 times. (My issue is they taking order from other table but not come to my table don't know why). Fortunately, they took order after 10 mins. (Behaving like it's not their duty but they just favoring me) After that, i want to give another order but they were not interested to take the order. (Again same issue. They moving to another table but not came to my table). Finally decided to not give order and ask for the bill. Again no one came and then I stood up and go to main area (where QR attach) to ask for the bill. The whole issue is that two "black blazer person" (who is taking order) is least interested. I told them that at least have some attention of your customer but they are like ok no worry we will take care. They are least interested on this matter. I hope hotel should pay some attention on this heavy attitude and egoistic two "black blazer guys". Very...

@brickkitchen is a place for those people who lives in the core city area and wants to go on a high end restaurant to try delicious food but don't want to go far like on Sindhu Bhavan Road. Means why you would someone go far when you have a good restaurant nearby. I must say this is the one of the best restaurants of Ahmedabad. They serve wide range of starters including continental, oriental & indian. Must try their appetizers which I had eat. (SEE STORY HIGHLIGHTS & REELS TO SEE ALL THE STUFF WHICH I HAD TRIED) Brick Kitchen the name itself is name of trust on quality and taste of the food. So no doubt the food is so amazing. Talking about safety, I must say they are the most cautious. They take our name, number and temperature on record. And also vacant the seats in between so we can maintain the social distancing. Apart from that the ambience will give this restaurant an edge over others. They have a perfect theme based aesthetics. So the entire aroma gives you good vibes.

Experience was awesome... Food is just great.. Must try items Sweet Lassi.. Sizzling Brownie... Mocktails... Talking about the ambience.. The ambience is just awesome... The small yellow lights the Bricks in the background the comfy chairs.. Give the nest combination to eat there with peace.. There's not much clutter from people.. All i could hear was the sizzling steam of the Brownie.. Staff.. Is very attentive.. Very Cooperative... And most important thing for Sundays... They have amazingly fast service... Only DISADVANTAGE IS THAT they donot do reservations over phone or any manner Costing... Its a bit expensive but.. Worth the expenses.. The punjabi menu revolves around 300 each item... The sizzlers around 200...mocktails around 150...desserts 100-250...Important is Buttermilk is worth 110😵...Soups 100-200. Everything Summs up to a 4 star visit🤩
