HOTEL EASYRETREAT — Hotel in Gujarat

I was stayed in this hotel from 04th April 2016 07:30 am to 05th April 2016 03:30 pm. They asked me for half day price for late check out. I agreed & asked him to generate the bill. He generated the bill for only one day showing checkout 12:00noon & balance half day payment asked me for cash without any bill. I refused the payment without bill.I am running late because I need to catch a train in next 20 minutes. After lot of arguments he asked me to increase the food bill. Again I refused & asked him to generate a reasonable bill. He asked me to remove the bill discount from the bill to settle 50 % half charges in bill. I just want to settle the things. I paid all the payment by cash.||I believe that they are cheating customers as well as hotel owner. I request hotel owner to take strict action against to stop such big issue. They are going to spoil your hotel name & fame. The hotel hospitality is very good.||My mobile no is 9896797999.I am not stay in this hotel again. This is happened 2nd time with me...

We had a stay in hotel Easy retreat .The stay was very good .Clean rooms,on time room service,Reception person and staff was well behaved. Security,lift,air-conditioned,clean washroom .Easy check-in and room was ready to check in .Proper parking place A Big thank you to team Easy retreat for a very awesome stay and service .As per reviews the entrance has a pan shop and cigrate persons but there is a security person and otherwise also the person's are well behaved so it is safe for a awesome stay. Excellent place to visit, very neat and clean. Good cooperation by staff, even got the room upgraded with no issue. Even the restaurant has a very good ambience, food is tasty and within budget.

Reduced 1 star- because didn't like the behaviour of some room service personnel. When you open the door for any hotel staff they will not ask your permission to enter the room, they will directly enter your room, go inside and will stand near your bed. It becomes problem when you are travelling with family. This complain i already raised, I hope they have instructed the concerned person...
