Hotel The Blossom — Hotel in Gujarat

This was the best hotel I came across on my recent trip. Located right on the highway, within the city. Surprisingly there was barely any noise in the rooms and I had a deep sleep. Rooms are nicely designed and furnished. More than sufficient luggage storage (cupboard with hangers and open racks), bathroom with 24 hour running hot water, plush beds with spring mattress, work desk, dark curtains, everything made it close to a 3 star experience.

Buffet breakfast was included in the tariff. AC is optional. I booked the non AC option from goibibo. Later I found out they offered same price offline (direct walkin) as well.

Car parking area is towards the highway,. However I was riding a motorcycle, parking space was provided right beside the entrance of the hotel which is CCTV monitored.

Front desk staff was exceptional and deserves a special commend.

Only downside that I found was that the cleaning staff is not so well trained or supervised. Deep cleaning is not done and it may be possible that with time it may start showing up. Example: black fungus is starting to build up on the bathroom ceiling, shower pores are starting to choke up with scale, dust on the bed headboard. All these not so prominently visible dirt need attention too. Otherwise this hotel is so good that it came like a jackpot on the last day...

Stayed @ Hotel The Blossom on my recent business trip to Vapi for 2 nights.||||It’s a budget friendly hotel which is 1 km away from the railway station and bus stop which made my travel a breeze.||||They have 45 rooms spread across 3 categories ( deluxe, executive & premium )||||Deluxe room is perfect for couples or family members.||||Executive Rooms have the option of twin bed which is good for people who prefer two separate bed options like business colleagues, friends etc||||Premium rooms are massive and have all the amenities & comfort you could ask for.||||All Room are spacious with essential amenities and clean bathrooms.||||Their restaurant offers indoor seating and for the price they charge the breakfast buffet spread is decent.||||I preferred In room dining as it’s more convenient and my food was neatly packed.||Portion size is adequate for two.||||No compromise on Food Quality or Taste.||||They also have a banquet hall which was booked for a private function.||||For a budget hotel in Vapi Hotel The Blossom is well priced & offers spacious rooms, clean bathroom, good food & quick...

Treating customer like bhikhari almost complaining to altaf bhai head incharge of blossom hotel vapi.

Almost complaining from last 11 months about service..

Always bring something or other terms and conditions while having food in restaurant.

If reach befor closing time then also not serving food even ordering food before 30 min closing time ..

And closing time is 11:00 pm in menu i guess and while going in restaurant they say order before 10.30 pm after that won't be able to take order if customer is having something after that he or she realised that he/she want to have something more then what to do ??

Please if possible then don't visit and if you are visiting then have patience and visit at your own risk I will not at all suggest to go ..

Please pay more and go to some other restaurant ...

Then don't deserve 1 star hotel also .

And in review I guess there must been -ve star rating then most probably they would have got -100 star...
