HOTEL KALASH MANDVI KUTCHH — Hotel in Gujarat

Don't fall prey to false reviews about this place. If you observe carefully most of the recent reviews are from people who have only reviewed this and Om hotel (adjacent to this hotel)

We visited this place during our trip to Gujarat. We were a big group of 28 people (multiple families) who halted here for over night stay. We occupied around 10 rooms.

It was in month of Jan so temperatures were quite low after sunset and hot water was not available in bathroom when we reached here at around 10pm after our dinner in adjacent Om hotel. Hot water was available in morning though.

I also asked for hot drinking water and I was given a kettle and had to boil water for myself at hotel reception.

When we reached hotel rooms were not ready in spite of the fact that we had informed them in advance of when we will be reaching there.

Towels (stained) and soap were provided only after we asked for it. Bed didn't even had bedsheet, matress label can be clearly seen in the image below. Dirty glass as seen in the...

Not worth the price. 3 of us rode our bikes to this hotel and reached around 12:30 AM. We had done pre-booking with thousand bucks and already informed them we will be late. When we reached, we noticed there is no proper parking space available and we would have to park our bikes on road. We somehow adjusted our bikes in front of the parked cars to keep them safe. No help from the staff. After completing all the formalities and paying the remaining amount we were told our room is on 2nd floor. No lift available. After a tiring ride, carrying all our luggage for 2 floors was very tiring. Again no help from staff. Room cleanliness was just okay but the washroom left a lot to be desired. The water at the tap was so low pressured that it was just barely usable. Please see attached pics. We left early morning to find a much better alternative. All in all, not a great experience and we would recommend checking out other options...

Thanks Jayeshbhai We have made a plan for Kutchh-Bhuj visit from 27th Feb to 4th March as Family Trip. As a part of booking we have booked 2 AC Delux rooms with hotel Kalash with Goibibo and paid online around 1 month ago. Due to high alert at Indo-Pak Bhuj border everything was closed so we have decided to cancel the trip. Now due to some certain Terms and Conditions we were unable to get any refund so there was not any chance. But as a try I have called the owner Jayeshbhai Rajgor and explained him the situation and reason for cancellation. He was very kind and listened the matter carefully and said that he will comeback to me with best possible option. Within a day he sent me respective amount to my Paytm number. The owner/Manager Jayeshbhai is a truly very kind human being. In future if I get a chance I will definitely choose Hotel Kalash and also suggest the same to my dear and near...
