Hotel Kings Residency — Hotel in Gujarat

Amazing hospitality with extremely polite staff. Despite of corona condition around, the hotel not only hosted us well but also took care of each and every need and complaint of ours. May it be the caretaker Ram with his innocence, care, concern, understanding or the girl at reception Divya with her sweet smile and witty ideas or Anil with his magical fragrant morning and evening dhoop with which he used to purify the ambience and make it so worth being in. The owner himself treated us so so well with patience, concern and generosity. Rare are the people who retain their humanity when they can very well choose any of the vices for benefit. Though, the place can be cleaner especially the terrace but ofcourse even this place has undergone lockdown and must have not been in use in earlier months. But with our stay, each day we noticed an improvement. I am definitely gonna stay here again - if for nothing else, then just to be hosted by such amazing human beings. I wish the hotel prospers and the people who run it stay happy and healthy. And I wish, next time, even the terrace becomes clean and people be able to have a chill time in open air and clean ambience.

Bakwaas. Highly bad mannered staff.. doubled the rates of room within matter of 5 minutes... shabby rooms.. do nt go to this hotel even by mistake. Cheaters ..we were travelling from botad..and not local from ahmedabad..heights of lying.we had early morning flight at 6 am..we had daughter with us.what more can you expect from cheapos like you who malign somebody image cause we showed true colours of...

If there would be negative marking, I would rather choose, worst experience, not at all worth experience. Rooms are small, small lobby, receptionist was yawning while speaking to us. Rude & not at all cooperative. Rooms was smelling, rooms service is pathetic , coffee is worst, I ordered tea , it was like drinking a sweet water. Worst experience do...
