Hotel Food - Not good, Stay - OK Hotel Staff - Ok No Hot Water Towels not that fresh No near food stall as hotel situated on Highway If you are reaching Thr in morning before Check In time - They will not allow you to enter even if the rooms are empty but yes they will allow you if you agreed to pay 300/- as check in charges If you are booking via other websites please check - check in time then only book this hotel Better get hotel near Mandir even if it is costly but worth it rather than spending on auto, check in charges, It is far from Somnath Mandir - All Auto drivers will charge you 100/- for one side travel from Hotel to Somnath Mandir…

This hotel is far away from Somnath temple it is in bypass. Room is having good space but we faced many other problems like in bathroom accessories were broken and fan regulator was not there they gave us nose plier to operate fan and when we told them that they are broken they said "kaam chalana padega aapko". Many limitations are there like you will not get hot water 24 hrs, television was not working during mrng hrs and sometimes. A very bad smell like fish fry in restuarant and lift. Manager and Staff behaviour is very rude they are not at all polite with customers. Please dont prefer this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Kruti and had a very disappointing experience. The room we were given was in terrible condition. There was a bad smell in the room, and the curtains made a lot of noise whenever they moved. The toilet seat was broken, which was very inconvenient. The staff’s behavior was also quite poor. When we requested a room change, they initially refused. It was only after we insisted on leaving that they offered us a different room, but it was much smaller than the one we had paid for. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, and I would not recommend staying here.

Owner Ronak Dialogues to Client - "Yeh mere Mama ka hotel hai and me jo marzi kr sakta hu"

My recent experience at Hotel Kruti was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I encountered one disappointment after another. Let me break down the numerous issues I encountered during my stay:

Terrible Location: The hotel is situated in a remote area far outside the city, and there are absolutely no nearby attractions or amenities. This inconvenient location made it difficult to access any of the city's attractions or even find a decent place to eat. Worse yet, I found the surroundings to be unsettling and even potentially dangerous, especially for solo travelers.

Appalling Staff Behavior: The staff at [Hotel Name] were the epitome of unprofessionalism, with one particular individual, a man named "Ronak," standing out as the worst of the bunch. His rudeness and lack of courtesy were truly astonishing. I was shocked by his dismissive attitude and complete disregard for the guests' needs and concerns.

Hygiene Nightmares: Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an unpleasant surprise – cockroaches! The sight of these pests scurrying around was not only revolting but also a severe breach of hygiene standards. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with dirt and grime in every corner. It's clear that the hotel does not prioritize cleanliness.

Deceptive Food Menu: The hotel boasts an extensive food menu on its website, but in reality, the choices were severely limited. I had expected to savor a variety of dishes, but I was sorely disappointed by the lack of options. False advertising at its finest.

Discrimination Against North Indians: One of the most troubling aspects of my stay was the hotel's discriminatory treatment of North Indian guests. It was evident that they considered us as different, and this bias was reflected in the way we were treated. This is not only unacceptable but also completely unprofessional.

In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was a complete disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere for accommodation. The terrible location, abysmal staff behavior, hygiene issues, false advertising of the food menu, and discrimination against North Indians make this establishment utterly unfit for a pleasant stay. Save yourself the trouble and find a hotel that values its guests and upholds basic standards of...

My recent stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I can’t believe they call this a "hotel." Where do I even begin?

Rude and Unhelpful Staff: From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me as though I was a nuisance. No friendly greetings, no assistance with my luggage, and they seemed genuinely annoyed every time I asked for help or even directions. One receptionist actually rolled their eyes when I politely asked for extra towels. The level of rudeness was shocking.

Tiny, Claustrophobic Rooms: The room was a joke. Barely enough space to turn around, let alone move comfortably. It felt like a broom closet, and it was nothing like the photos online. To top it off, the walls were paper-thin—I could hear every word of my neighbors’ conversations and even their TV!

Dirty and Poorly Maintained: The room was filthy. Dust everywhere, stains on the carpet, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. I found hair in the sink and a strange smell coming from the drains. The sheets looked questionable, too, and I wasn’t sure if they’d been washed.

Broken Amenities and Appliances: The air conditioner barely worked, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable. The shower head was broken, spraying water everywhere, and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. The hotel promised “free high-speed internet,” but it was so slow it was useless.

Noisy and Uncomfortable: Between the constant noise from the street, loud guests in the hallway, and the painfully uncomfortable mattress, I barely got any sleep. I don’t think they’ve updated their furniture in decades—the bed sagged in the middle, and the pillows were lumpy.

Ridiculous Charges: To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge me at checkout, adding random fees that weren’t mentioned anywhere in the booking. When I questioned it, the staff became defensive and dismissive, making me feel like it was my fault.

This place is an absolute disaster. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and find...

Hotel was far from pleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

One of the major issues was the lack of hot water both during the day and night. After several calls to the reception, hot water was eventually made available during the day, but this level of inconvenience is unacceptable. The front desk staff were unhelpful and even came across as arrogant, adding to the frustration.

Another unpleasant aspect was the abundance of pigeons in the balcony, making it unusable and unhygienic. The hotel’s appearance from the road, with its bright LED lights and attractive photos, is misleading and doesn’t reflect the reality of staying there.

Overall, while the hotel may look appealing from the outside, the poor management, lack of basic amenities, and dismissive attitude of the staff make it a bad choice. I would recommend avoiding...
