Hotel is new, car parking is in front of hotel, resturant is third party service, so every thing is payable separatley including morning tiffin, water supply is not enough pressure, water bottle for 4 memebers only 500 ml 2 no provided, hot water kettle is there, but no cup or glass given, being new they do not know how to manage, so room was having dust, bedsheets and towels though inhouse washed, still having ants, dry leafs, from wash room drain millipeds came out. The hotel charges a lot but doesn't provide service. They cut corners. For e.g. they've put smart TVs in every room but not invested in proper internet connection. As a result you can not connect to youtube. Another e.g. they have tata sky set top boxes in every room but they don't recharge it with even a single rupee. They have a proper restaurant but again highly understaffed - 1 waiter and 1 incharge with more than 15 tables in restaurant. Obviously they don't pay heed to any complaint as they can't solve it. A very bad experience about this Hotel. Placed at wrong neighborhood. 24 hrs fisheries smell irritates you. Maintenance is not proper. TV , AC not working. Rude staff members . They refused to take Rs 20 in coins for water bottle and wanted oy currency notes. When argued about the same , they clearly told me to complain where ever I want to.
