I had booked this hotel along with flight from makemytrip.com. I am going to quote here the actual overview facilities listed -||Parking - The building is an old one with 4 person per lift capacity - and the parking is done on the service lane.||Travel & Transfers - We asked the lobby manager (i dont think i can call him that as the only thing he seemed to be doing is watching some regional channel and chewing on Horrible smelling pans all the time) to arrange for a cab his answer call JUST DIAL! (Wow - just dial has just spoiled us)||Internet & wifi - You gotta be kidding me the room didnt even have proper bed linen!~ and the lift worked till only the 10 floor and our room THE NEW YORK SUITE was on 11th! Tell me about it - ||Business Facilities - I dont even know what that means!||||Room facilities :|||| Mineral Water - No- they actually refilled a bottle and brought it to us with a broken seal|| Daily Newspaper - If you know Gujarati all the best - but its only available in the lobby - which is located in the 2nd floor - so all the best for that 9 floor trek. As the lift is either not functioning or is always full and it stinks to to the core|| Air Conditioning - LLYOD brands - pretty decent|| Sofa Unit - Nope || Hot & Cold Running Water - well i was glad we at least had water || Direct dial phone - Nope|| Cable T V - Yup|| Intercom Facility - Yup.||||We stayed in the room 112 - 11th floor which was supposed to be a NEW YORK SUITE ROOM - let me tell you this the room was crowded just for the two of us who stayed there and lesser said about the washroom the better. You could not like stand with your hands outstretched in which ever direction be it vertical or horizontal in there. I asked for them to change the room to a different one the 112-A seemed to be a bit larger and had more ventilation. But i was denied outright with the statement "aapne yahi book kiya hai" on the second day of my stay i found that the hotel staff were using the 112-A as their personal room i was so disgusted at their behavior that i couldn't wait to check out of that place.||||Simple review - Not worth for even 200rs per day hotel had cost us...

Location in the back of a multistoried building that you will never see from the road.||4. Two lifts which hold 4 people and are spattered all over with pan spit (same condition with walls and stair cases).||5. AC rooms have a window AC which doesnot work.||6. Loose and broken bathroom fittings. ||7. Dirty bed covers and pillow,||8. No towels /soap unless asked for.||9. Clean water to drink (seriously .. they dont given even if u ask).||What you get||1. Rude hotel attedants.||2. TV that doesnot work.||3. A bathroom with broken slats||4. Overall bad experience||I would not have taken this room...

Hotel New York, Naroda… Please start something else to earn money This industry is not for such losers… Pathetic… And this hotel is well promoted by Booking.com & agoda and many more such sites… Hadh hai yaar besharmi ki… #shift2newbusiness...
