Hotel O Zion Inn — Hotel in Gujarat

Don’t recommend!! Terrible stay with this hotel, if you are a foreigner don’t stay here as they will scam you. Paid online through the link they sent us and then when we checked out, they said we needed to pay with cash as they can’t take online payments. Even though on their screen it says paid and money was out of our card. Then spent two hours sitting, while they were apparently getting a refund on the phone. Could tell it wasn’t going to happen and then when i got on the phone the lady said non refundable . Had back and forwards argument with a very aggressive and impolite manager. We then decided to pay with cash as he was going to ring the police and we didn’t need trouble on our holiday. Room was dirty, mosquitos in bathroom, no hot water and complimentary water had been opened and refilled instead of a fresh bottle. Room smelt of cigarettes. Plenty of other hotels in the area....

Worst experience with this hotel..Request to families never stay in this hotel there could be safety concern . I was there to stay with my wife. I had made full payment through oyo app. But when we checked in room lock was not working ..when I told this manager..he denied to repair it. And forced to stay in that unlocked room. Without thinking about money. I left that hotel with in one hour of stay there. Manager and staff was rude . Only motivate clients ko lootna. Zero rating...even it doesn't deserve for any rating. .Mere hath Jo moye moye Kiya es manager ne .request to all aap sabhi ke sath Esa na ho. But oyoo helped me to refund my money...

I have checked in and then after one hour light is off till we checkout.and we are continuously telling the staff to switch on they saying there is loadshedding in theire town and they not switching on the inverter or whatever they want to do for the customer they are not trying.we constantly saying the staff but they dont listen and not the good service is provided by the hotel..i will suggest please do not stay in these hotel..this hotel is very redicules misbehaving staff and not good for the people for staying...they are literally saying that the inverter should not be available..they can't afford for one or...
