The most pathetic hotel and the service. There is no signage board nearby to the hotel. We reached hotel around 12 AM and shared our ids but the reception old guy asked to mention each person name and contact numbers against each person ids on shared copies then at the same time asked to pay the balance amount or else you will not get the room. At the entrance of premises public toilet was there so whenever you come down from the hotel you have to face that bad stinky smell. In my room night lamp bulb was not there and mu father had fear of darkness so i went to the reception to ask them to change my room but the old guys says shift your room with your another room member where night lamp is onn. Again at night milk boiled and fell down so again i went to reception to ask them for housekeeping guy so he provided me the towel and said wipe it off yourself as housekeeping person slept.
I have done the biggest mistake by booking this hotel. In rooms there is no exhaust in bathroom and walls we’re...
Read moreLocation of OYO 6862 is near to station but not at the city side. It is on the 4th floor of a commercial building and at the entrance of the building there is public toilet. Lift of the building is very old and was not working properly. we booked online and charge was nearly 1650/- per room per day. Though the next day when we checked the charge for the same room was 732/-. the rooms are having less space. The AC was not cooling. The jet of the toilet was not working properly. The bed sheets were having stains. when we made a complaint to the manager (shailesh), he was very reluctant to attend the issues. In general, they have installed Intex ACs which were not cooling at all. As it is on the top floor, water in the tanks for the rooms was very hot in summer season and we could not use it even to wash the hands, leave aside to bath with such a hot water in the summer season. Also there are no good restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Overall it is not worth to stay...
Read moreI was on a vacation to Gujarat along with my entire family and going through decent reviews on Trip Advisor I decided to stay at Hotel Progressive Inn. We were very upset seeing the outskirts of the building complex as it was full of filth but we were surprised seeing the interior of the hotel which is on the 4th Floor of the complex. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were good. The washrooms were small but they were very clean. All the rooms were unique as the interior of rooms never matched each other. We were there for one day on our arrival at Ahmedabad and we stayed back for two more days on our completion of our Gujarat trip. The hotel was well managed by Mr. Sailesh, the manager along with his deputy. Sailesh is an excellent cook as he prepared nice vegetarian dishes from Rajasthan. We would prefer staying at this hotel just for the comfort and...
