Januson PG – PG in Ahmedabad | PG Near Nirma University | Student Hostel in Ahmedabad — Hotel in Gujarat

I have stayed in Janusen PG at Sargasan for 3 months. The owner Mr.Piyush Janusen is a nice gentleman and offered me a very good room. The Food and the cleanliness are top notch.

There is a guy named Rohit who supplies the Food . He is really good and highly helpful. You can contact him for any support and he responds quickly.

The room rent for double sharing is 14000 per month. Little expensive.

But safety and food quality are really good.

Now comes to the negative part- Though the owner is nice, he will not stay near you. So obviously he hired a Caretaker named Sheeshram.

Here is where the problem starts. The guy named Sheeshram will look very sweet and helpful on your first day.

Later I can challenge that, you can't meet this guy or contact him over the phone. Sheeshram is the worst ever attitude and rude guy that I have ever met. Sheeshram is simply a money devil. He only works for his commission of getting new guys to the PG and all other concerns of tenants doesn't bother him.

He has only one answer for any of your questions (maintenance, cleaning, food, society entry regulations etc..) that " i don't know. You pls adjust. I have told you already on the first day itself". He never visits you and addresses any of your concern once you paid the advance amount of your stay.

The condition is you have to vacate the PG exactly 30 days from the date of your entry. But Sheeshram will continuously calls you and tell you pay the advance quickly otherwise the room will not be reserved to you. So you will be in a situation to pay atleast a 5 days before you check-in.

Sheeshram will provide you a (so-called) receipt which will have the entry date from the day you paid the advance. You will forget all these cheating tricks played by Sheeshram after a 3 months of time. Obviously you will lose at least 3-4 days of your staying period.

Sheeshram doesn't aware or record who is checking in on which date. But when you want to leave the PG, he will start with his self- designed rules (which never exists anywhere else) like below,

You have to vacate the PG by two days before. You stayed 2 days more. So I will deduct 1000 rupees per day from your security deposit.

If you're not vacating on time, you have to bear the cost of the new tenants staying in the hotel for the no.of days of your extended stay.

Sheeshram will be in touch with you in every minute only when you're vacating.

Sheeshram is earning money only by getting new tenants like a broker .So he will give a commitment date of check-in for the new guys without even asking you.

So in the final neck of moment, he will pressurize you to vacate as the new tenants are coming. You will feel horrible and helpless.

I have managed this Sheeshram guy through some bad words and hard talks.

The owner Mr.Piyush was finally helpful and settle down a little percentage of my security deposit.

So conclusion is , if you want to stay in Janusen PG- I will strongly recommend it to go ahead. But make sure that Sheeshram is not the caretaker anymore.

Januson PG is an absolute nightmare! Nothing that was promised during admission was actually provided. It's a total scam! The owner is one of the rudest, most money-hungry people I’ve ever encountered. He has ZERO concern for the tenants and is only interested in squeezing every last penny out of them. It’s all about his pocket, and you get NOTHING in return.

The living conditions are disgusting! The food is so revolting that I actually found insects in it multiple times. How can anyone eat that? It’s beyond unhygienic — it’s a health hazard! They couldn’t care less about the well-being or basic needs of those staying there.

The place is run by liars who don’t care if you suffer, as long as they get your money. This PG should be shut down! DO NOT waste your time, money, or health staying here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy....
