I recently ordered a Punjabi Thali from Food Junction through Zomato. Before placing the order, I personally spoke with the owner and politely requested to keep the oil and masala light, as I prefer simple food. However, the owner rudely refused and said that the food is already made and they cannot make any changes. His tone was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful he even said, “If you want oil-less food, eat at your home.”
Such behavior from a restaurant owner is unacceptable. Customer requests should at least be heard with basic courtesy. I’ve also reported this incident to Zomato. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from or visiting Food Junction — not just for the food quality, but for the lack of respect...

They believe that sabji engulfed with so much oil, red masala and paneer with gravy makes the punjabi sabji. A cheese put into the plain naan makes the cheese naan and without applying the concept of proper spreading, melting and backing of the cheese the cheese naan is not really a cheesy and well backed naan.
Anyways, one can not expect more from the restaurants run for making huge profit in short term only as the restaurant also dosn't provides food in economic price.
