Nightmare Stay: Paid ₹2800 for 2 rooms. 1)Rooms: The rooms here are very small with pathetic bathroom. The bedsheets are dirty bathrooms not cleaned properly. There was a pungent smell in the room. 2) Service: No car parking available, they’ll ask you to park your car at a distant place (100-200 meters away from hotel), they don’t have a fridge & will give you normal water when asked or will charge extra to buy water bottles from near by store (don’t expect mineral water at night when the stores are closed). Read moreOn the 23rd January I was planning to go on Somnath darshan so I booked 3days earlier laxmi sadan hotel. We were 5 people including my parents so I was looking for comfortable and peaceful place. This hotel is located away from 3-4 mins walk from Somnath temple and bus depot. Staff is good. clean water to drink , hot water for bathing and clean mattress and blanket were provided. We negotiated with the hotel manager for five beds in one room in affordable price and they got convinced and happily welcomed us. In somnath best option to stay is Lilavati but if not available then I would suggest go for the laxmisadan it's a better place to stay near the main town rather than running from Veraval to Somnath...
