Try avoiding this hotel if there is a chance as this town do have few decent options compared to this hotel. They claim to be three star hotel, bit except the pricing everything else is equivalent to the typical dirty highway lodge. The hotel has no meaning for hygiene as all the room content in terms of headboard fabric is all stained with sweat and who knows what, the bathroom doormat and the towel are of same colour, its difficult to distinguish except for the size, chair wheels are broken, and the bathroom arent that clean in all the rooms.. their toilet basin is at quite a height so short people beware.. their food isnt that great, expensive where a proper meal would cost between INR 400-INR 500 but not so delicious. Worst part is water heater is timed meaning 2 hour window in the morning amd evening is all you get to access hot water and on anytime of the day other than this be it summer or winter, no heater. In the breakfast buffet they have a broken toaster which will be kept turned off, and you will need to wait 5 minutes for it to get heated up in the morning rush, and the butter is kept open, where everybody puts their hand and finger in (this is during covid times) . So i wonder how clean the kitchen would be, probably if we come to know, we may feel better to starve most of the times. Moreover you jave company in the room in terms of mosquitoes and cockroaches. I made online booking for one day and stayed. After that I have planned to extend another day. Hence, I made another online booking for second day. While booking by error I made another booking for first day itself. The management denied to refund the second booking and insisted payment for the second day of stay. Hence, am forced another online booking for that. As far as my concern they could not take the benefit for error booking value. It's too irrelevant attitude.

I also know that refund will not be there for cancellation. If I cancelled the booking the refund will not provided. But for errorness it can be considered.
