OYO 27796 Hotel Jubilee — Hotel in Gujarat

I have been to many hotels and have been a regular traveller and I can confidently say this stay has been the worst stay of my life and would never ever ever recommend anyone to stay here. I have my huge family staying in Bhavnagar and in the nearby areas and have strictly told them to never stay with this property. Below are some of the highlights of my stay: The owner does not stand by his words. We were a group of 14 people and the general check in time is 12 which is understood but we had a word with him 2 to 3 weeks in advance and he did mention that he will provide us not all but 2 to 3 rooms early for check in and the rest at the regular time but when we reached the hotel they were denying and were charging 50% of the hotel rate for some 3 to 4 hours The cleanliness is pathetic, the AC was not working in one of my rooms and they charged full price for that. The washroom amenities were all rusted and half of it were not working like the flush, jet spray and all. The bed sheets quality were pathetic we have to put our personal sheets in the bed before we sleep. The management is purely a money hoggs and does not care about the service they are providing

I am really surprised OYO does not care for there brands as well and does not check the hygiene of the property.

We would never visit here not would suggest anyone to stay...

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Hotel Jubilee, Bhavnagar, was truly disappointing and I feel others should be aware before booking.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a major issue. The room and bathroom were both in poor condition — unclean floors, stained linens, and a general sense of neglect. Doors were hard to open and close, and overall, the place just didn’t feel maintained.

What really concerned me, though, was the presence of pests — I noticed cockroaches, a rat, and even pigeons inside the room. That was honestly shocking and made it very uncomfortable to stay there.

Staff interactions weren’t much better. They seemed uninterested in resolving any concerns and more focused on payment than guest service. It didn’t feel like they cared about the guest experience at all.

In short, I had a very unpleasant stay and wouldn’t return. I’d strongly suggest looking for alternative accommodations in Bhavnagar, even if it costs a bit more. Your comfort and peace of mind are worth it

Stay at Hotel Jubilee at Bhavnagar was my worst experience with OYO rooms. We have booked two rooms. Hot water was not available in both rooms. TV was not working in one room. Half a dozen people worked for more than 2 hours without any solution. Door latch was not there in one room. Both rooms were dirty. It was very noisy as renovation work was going on until 7 PM. We could not relax during day time. In spite of our request to change the room, Manager and the staff have not obliged. After escalation with the owner, he was kind enough and changed the room. Everything was fine in the changed rooms but for the noise. My humble request to OYO is not to take any bookings for this hotel until the renovation work is complete and OYO inspect and satisfy themselves before taking any...
