We checked in late at 10 PM on 24th Dec 2022 and shocked to understand that there is no Valet Parking facility at the hotel. - -No one bothered to collect our Luggage from Car and there were staff sitting in the lobby and reading news paper. In the end we had to help ourselves. -The Room # 802, which was assigned to us, was shabby and not cleaned, The Glass window had Spider webs, the TV and Set top box was full of Dust. Room interiors was pathetic, Color was not proper, bathroom had no Soap dish etc etc. Cannot describe more as I can go onn and onn. Lift was full of dust and looked like it wasnt cleaned for few days. -When we asked , we understood that Pride has taken over the Mgmt, but Hotel belonged to Maison Grp. Looks like Pride need to tighten the staff and lot of loose ends in the Hotel. Hospitality of the staff was pathetic. - Breakfast had just 2 offerings. This is not at all standards of PRIDE. -While check out we had to escort our Luggage on our own as there was no Staff. We requested if someone can clean the car, and response was we have no staff to do the same. Overall a Pathetic experience. PRIDE MGMT needs to be aware of what is happening at this Property and needs immediate Strict measures to correct the same.

Read moreI stayed in pride biznotel hotel during diwali. it was the worst experience i had ever encountered in my life.The had a completely illiterate person on the desk who was extremely rude.I had prebooked the hotel room for 4 days. The day i checked in at night,i told this desk person that i wanted hot water the next morning as i would be going out early.But the next morning,he did not provide hot water.When i called at the desk. he told me that within 15 minutes, i will get hot water which i did not get.The next day, i informed the other hotel staff that i needed hot water early in the morning.They told me that it will be provided for the next morning.Again when there was no hot water, i called the desk and the same illiterate chap was there on the desk and he told me that hot water will come in 15 minutes.I told him that i had already requested for the hot water and what kind of unprofessional behaviour is this,he started shouting at me and i told him that i will complain to the travel website i had booked on,he told that i can do whatever i want.I mean how can such a costly hotel keep such rude illiterate workers and staff and 24 hour hot water is a basic need while we are paying...

On the day of booking itself we told that our guest officers may come around 9 o clock. But some how they arrive early morning around 7 o clock. Hence hotel authority has charged additional early check in charges 300/- per room after lots of bargaining ( though it has not been communicated early) inspite of providing so many days and room booking business to you.
Our seperate team also booked your hotel between 10th to 13th dec.
First day breakfast and room facilities were worst experience. Moreover your hotel management ask us to charge 40/- per litter water bottle (which usually available at 20/- at all locations).
Hence I have overall worst experience at hotel.I am totally dissatisfied with service and hospitality.
