Sahyog Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

The food was average. Not up to expectations I'd say. Besides the underground restaurant is very doomy and is not at all open or airy. You won't find any other cuisine other than Indian / Chinese. Now to what i personally experienced , I'd like to share aswell. I've been here couple of times. Once I ordered Chowmein but the order turned out to be something else. I queried as to what had been served and this is what they had to say about it "Yahan to yhi milta hai, ham isiko Chowmein bolte hain" . The taste was awful and i couldn't eat it. In yet another instance i visited this place with my friends just to get a better perspective about the food in here and what i witnessed was Witty Waiters with no sense of courtesy at all. This I'm sure would have made several customers uncomfortable and not at ease. I guess a larger group or a family dining might get some of the staff's attention. I wouldn't recommend a must visit. Before I had 4 but now it's not worth it, if you order something, just eat and pay and walk away ok for them but if you give any compliments or complain then you will find that whom you are dealing with. They serve you with a smile but inside they don't care whatever you ask for. We ordered a paneer dish but they serve differently (thank God we ate here before so we noticed that changes) than we complain about it and ask to change what they do The same dish makes too much spicy, forget about kids even we adults are unable to eat.we ask the waiter to change but he refuse and blame on us that we are giving false excuse here I share the dish called "paneer tikka masala" watch and imagine its spiciness. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, they didn’t even bother to provide a water bottle or a jug on the table. We ordered their “best recommended” paneer dish, but honestly, it was below average. If that was their best, I don’t know what to expect from the rest of the menu. The naan and chapatis were undercooked, and when we politely told the staff, the response was rude - they simply said, “This is how it is!” No one was ready to listen or take feedback seriously.
