The room was well-appointed, featuring modern interiors, a cozy bed, clean linens, and all essential amenities including a tea/coffee maker, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries.
What stood out the most was the hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring our room stayed tidy throughout our stay.
The in-house restaurant served a good variety of dishes, blending local flavors with classic favorites. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with fresh fruit, hot options, and excellent coffee. I would not blame staffs who directly interact with customers but yes as a management for the hotel the culture of "empathy" "service" is missing, with this 2 are missing we can't expect 3rd parameter of "going an extra mile* to come in picture.. Few examples, they had only 35% of occupancy in the category I chose the room at the time of check in I requested a better room with window facing their garden, at the check in staff said "sure" even though said rooms were vacant they gave me room in the corner, another classic example, the terrif I chose was including breakfast, when in the morning I requested them to send just a Tea in my room, they wanted me to pay the charge for it🤔 and if I take tea in their restaurant there wouldn't be any charge, why anyone in this Corona time would go in the restaurant with those buffets so I said no for that, here also attitude of " service" and "empathy" found missing, few more are there which I would refrain putting down here but they made my first visit to them so "memorable" that I will not visit this "Guest House" again.. Guys there are many other better options in the city, improve or be ready to face "No Repeat" for your bookings.

Reception staff were cordial. Was alloted a room 111, on reaching the room the electronic door lock latch was not working properly. Maintenance/house keeping were doing something and opening the door, but on trying myself faced difficulties. Informed front desk to have the room changed and to provide me with a silent room as I was tired after a long journey and wanted to rest. Was shown another room facing the front on the 1st Floor and later was given room no. 120. Amenities were missing, room was spacious but the AC was not cooling even on putting it on 16 'C. Maintenance personnel came and were telling it would cool but no cooling was happening. Also , there was heavy noise in the front of the room inview of some work going on . Informed front desk also but nothing was was happening. As almost 30+ minutes were wasted with no results. Called up my agents after an hour and informed them regarding the inconvenience. Was immediately shifted to a better hotel. Have not checked their restaurant as i had to move to another hotel.
